The sheets were not very clean and not new. There were damaged and some task on it. The bathroom was not clean and the toilet bowl was broken.

There was no breakfast, there was no restaurant at the hotel. The room was good. The towels were not, they had holes.

Bring earplugs because the rooms closest to the street are noisy (this is not the hotel's problem, it is the city that is noisy)

We loved this hotel so much, it exceeded our expectations. Good value for money, very good room service and the best of all was the staff, everybody was super kind and helpful. I recommend this so much.

The room did not have a window

Hotel and the rooms are quite clean. Check in was quick. The room service as well as the front office staff was courteous and polite. Room was equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi and clean towels and toiletries. The hotel ensured that my requests for food, personal safety and cleanliness were accommodated

Easy to find, and convenient area. The room while small was well laid out; and was perfect for a short trip. The beds were comfortable and the room / bathroom were clean.

Although it is close to a monorail station, the monorail is still under construction so to visit Gateway of India it's necessary to take a monorail, then a train, and then a long walk or auto ride.

Excellent helpful staff, especially the man who helped me check in at 5 am (I forgot his name, so sorry!). Clean tidy room, AC well-functioning. Although the area is very loud, the hotel is well insulated so the room is peaceful. Easy to reach from airport, 20 to 40 minutes depending on traffic.

I choose the hotel to travel to the airport, since it was only 4km away. This appeared to be a long 4km, also because of small roads. I asked the hotel to arrange the transport at 1 am in the morning. They put me on a tuktuk, a taxi was not at hand. Appearently there was no experience with this. The driver took me to the wrong domestic airport (although I indicated international travel), resulting into another trip of 7km.

The room was fine, clean with a comfortable bathroom. It looked like on the pictures. The staff was friendly. They promised to arrange transport to the airport, early in the morning.

The hotel is very far away from the main attractions, be prepared to spend a lot of time on the road. For example, to get to the Taj Mahal Hotel, you have to go almost the entire metro line and then order a cab. The room is quite noisy. Perhaps this is a peculiarity of my room, because it was opposite the place where the staff was always there. I could not use any cards, although I easily paid with them while traveling all over India.

I chose the hotel based on reviews on booking and Google maps. The reviews are true: it is a good hotel with new renovation. It is clean, the staff is polite, and you can get to the metro quickly.

The place was clean. Tremendous staff. Very welcoming. Upgraded my room. We're extremely accommodating and helpful. Allowed me a late check-out. Helped with the Uber driver. Recommended a local fish restaurant. Small bathroom but great hot 🔥 water. A VERY pleasant stay. Highly recommended at this budget.

Firstly, don't book the hotel blindly by seeing the pics and top reviews. We could realise it when we reached the hotel. We arrived at the place early morning, which we informed the staff well in advance. But then, when we requested for the roomon arrival, they were not sure about the room. And the room which was given to us where not clean. The room attendant who accompanied us was very rude to us and we felt really bad🫤. Then on our request they changed the linen which I appreciate. The toilet and bathroom was so so congested and the toilet bowl lid was broken and also flush were not working which landed us to use bucket full of water to clean toilet after use. Moreover, wifi was slow, tv doesn't had any satellite connection. And when asked, they said they will sort it out but couldn't see anything been done. And many of the ammenities were missing in our room which are given in the listing. So kept on calling reception for getting things and checking with them whether we will get it or not. On request we got, kettle and soaps, shampoo and tissues. But that was tiring to keep on asking them, like they should put these thing while doing housekeeping!!! Food available in their canteen is so good which we enjoyed!!. And few of the staff were good and helped us to get our needs done.. Thanks for that.

I would say the stay was average. The only good thing I personally felt was that the service given for us on the following days of our arrival.

First of all, there was no window! The sheets and towels were so dirty and smelly (probably it was not washed). Also, no sound isolation, we heard every noise, especially the receptionists calls. There was no television, only youtube, but the internet was so poor that we cannot watched it at all. And the smell was horrible in the room.
