Female dorm must have mirror. Common washroom idea is worst.

In a place like mumbai this is a clean, colorful budget stay option. It's so warm and comforting. They give platform for small actors and comedians to perform on weekends that's the best part. Aesthetics at best, use of scrap old books is beautifully arranged, dorms are clean.

Even though it was a female dormitory, the male staff could enter the dormitory any time.

One of the worst places I've been. The bed was absolutely dirty, there is no water I'm not even talking about hot one and the most important thing is that staff doesn't know English at all. In the morning I discovered that my shoes had been moved to another place without my knowledge and scratched; I did not receive anything or even an apology.

The only plus of the place is the common area where it is pleasant to be unlike the room.

The open space 50% was occupied by their staff and basically it’s used for accommodating employees because they have no place to sleep. They mostly don’t speak English or very poor English which makes communication very bad. I didn’t like the fact that they have only male staff

I had faced the worst thing with this hostel. While booking the hostel I had updated the owner about late check-in after office hours (7-8 pm), to our shock the owner had denied our entry and accomodation and asked us to follow up with Booking.com stating he has no rooms to accommodate us. We had to struggle and find another hotel late night after spending tiring office work day. I don't understand why did owner accepted booking if the hostel is completely booked. Owners attitude was very bad and rude. I expect Booking com team to take necessary action against him.

The staff is extremely careless. I had a check in on 8th Oct. I reached there at 5am, sat there till check in time, but before that I had to leave for an event. But before I left I asked the staff to take the payment and check me in at his convenient time. But he denied and said that it can be done in the evening as I return. So, I came back in the evening, asked him to check me in, and to my surprise, he said that the hostel is fully booked now and he cant accomodate me. While I had a confirmed reservation from booking.com and all the necessary proofs. I asked him to talk to the manager and he did call him but even he dint rectify the problem and when I asked to put me through the call, the manager conveyed to tell me that he is in a hospital and he cant talk.

I was actually turned away initially, despite the reservation on the app, and them being notified of the reservation too. They let me in eventually, after insisting repeatedly that no bed was available. This bit of exchange, though civil, left a bad impression on me. Fans don't have a working regulator, and I prefer milder temperatures than most people, so sleeping was a challenge. Overall, I get the impression that someone began the dorm as a passion-project and lost their enthusiasm about a couple years ago!

It's location, pricing, and hygiene are things you can't complain about. Seems to attract fun kinds of people, for sure.

Everything was perfect except AC which is only switched on from 10 PM to 10 AM. There should be proper ventilation for fresh air if Ac is off or you will feel suffocating inside.

The casual approach of care taker in the property I didn't like at all. When I was looking for my Chappals in the morning, I was told by the care taker while cleaning the Bunk of 4 bed in my absence he had thrown away my floaters without even checking and didn't bother to ask if that belongs to me or someone else. Rather he should have kept the Chappals under the Bunk post cleaning. It was really annoying and frustrating how a person could do this. Had never ever imagined this would happen during my stay.
