We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaIt isn’t really a “resort” at all, just a nice lodge with a kitchen. Food options are severely limited and there is nothing to do to keep either adults or children entertained. The pricing is also ridiculous, at least 2-3 times what they should be charging.

United StatesThe receptionist was rude and non-cooperative. I was asked to send (and sent) an advance of Rs. 2000 (?) in November 2022 but later asked to produce the evidence in January after my arrival. There is no heating and it costs me additional to the room charge. The slippers were not provided. The bathroom facility is poor, no soap, no shampoo and no lotion provided. There were spiders in the room. Linens and towels were dirty. The bathroom doors are damaged. The charge is too high compared to the available facility.
It is far away from the city. The breakfast does not provide any option for Western menu. It is only listed in the morning. Nothing I can really mention in support.

IndiaThis is not a resort as per the name. Resorts must have all the amenities & facilities if we pay a higher amount like a resort. The talks of others rooms can be heard resulting in disturbance. Food quality in a average. There must not be only one option for complementary break. People can have anything they want it's complementary. Either you lower your price or make available all the amenities that a resort must have

BangladeshThe service and the facility. The room has no sliper, not in room and bathroom as well. No brush and paste facilities. As Meghalaya has the issue of selling sim cards to the foreigners, WiFi is a must thing. WiFi connection was very poor and sometimes WiFi has no internet connection. Even they turn off the connection at night and open it may be after 9 a.m. so it is really difficult to maintain communication. As we are on vacation trip, it is normal that we will be out of the resort early in the morning for sightseeing and will be back at evening. They don't provide any room service after coming back that time. No room cleaning and bed cleaning we got in that 2 night staying. Anyway hope they will overcome this shortcomings. They should provide actual photographs of the resort and the views from the resort. So that one can decide if they wants to stay here or not.
