Need to bring your own TP. The staircase for some reason is padlocked closed, meaning you have to take the elevator. What if there's a fire? That lock is a serious safety hazard and should be removed.

They provided soap bars and shampoo packets. Room smells clean and fan is strong. Convenient location walking distance (20min) from train station.

The lighting in the room was not adequate, it needs improvement. We were barely able to read under those lights

After we checked out in the afternoon at 2pm (check out time was at 1 pm), hotel staff let us keep the luggage in the hotel until 8 pm in the evening because we needed to go out for some work and we had a return journey that night. They were very cooperative.

The rooms can be a bit more spacious and the restaurant infrastructure needs to be better.

The flexibility this hotel provides, be it for early check in or room service etc. is appreciable. Mr Manjunath at front desk is helpful and understands the customer needs. A great stay if you are in Bangalore for work or leisure. The hotel is in the city center and most popular areas are easily accessible. In house restaurant has good food.

We booked a non smoking room but were provided a smoking room and the floor we were in had all smokers and the toilet was also smelling of cigarettes. The room was not at all clean. I don’t know when was the last time they mopped the floor. We were given 2 small soaps and when we asked for a toothpaste we were charged for it. Even the water bottles were charged. We are paying 2k per night for this poor service, poor cleanliness, no safety and without any basic amenities room. And the worst part was the door without proper lock. We couldnot even lock the door from outside. Except for the location there is nothing good that we found in this hotel.

Breakfast was not good. We were asked to come to terrace. And there was hardly any variety.

this was the worst experience ever with the staff of the hotel. The receptionist is extremly rude and hospitality is zero. Even water bottle we have to pay 60 Rs. They say parking is there but it is like 90 degree steep and extremly risky. This was the worst experience with bookings.com

Everywhere are posted in booking the most beautiful pictures, thetswhy I made a reservation. I got a very terrible room. Bathroom was stank very well, I ask the personal, they told me its normal like that... Toilet was not flushing... Internet was not working... I went to reception I was very angry, they give me a better room, but also not the same what I saw on pictures when I booked... so I will never come vack again, it was one of the most horrible hotel in India!!!

Room looks old, poor comparison to the advertised images. Bad WiFi, not stable. No toilet paper, even after repeated requests. Construction work in the night nearby, very loud during night, could not sleep
