It's a very comfortable homestay, one never feels suffocated...the way it is at high end hotels....home cooked fresh food is served always....no need to worry about health and hygiene....every aspect at this homestay is up to the mark....this is a once in a lifetime experience...do stay here...the owners are very caring helpful and classy....to me it's an honor that I met them....

Everything!!! Neetu & Sandy went above our expectations! Full of suggestions with places to see in Jammu. Advising us on taxi to Srinagar. The rooftop is wonderful for early morning people watching. It was extremely central to walk to good shops & street food areas. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your lives for this brief time together.

We liked the hospitality of the owners and the staff. The morning breakfast was superb and was on exact requested time! 👌 The owner- Neetuji would spend time with us during breakfast telling us stories! She is an excellent storyteller! Everything is good and Mr Sandeep and Mrs Neetu is very friendly. Food is home made and excellent. Really it is home away from home. Cleanliness of the property is well maintained. Prominent location.

Our stay at Sandy's Homestay met all our expectations. It is a perfect choice if you want an affordable room with all the basic amenities. The staff is very helpful with whatever problems you face on your journey, they even picked us up when we weren't able to find the place due to internet problems! Definitely recommend!

Coming from Srinagar i stayed two nights in this beautiful and friendly homestay. Since the first phone contact i felt in confident with Sandeep and later with his wife Neetu. My room was Big, clean and decorated with taste like the whole house.And bathroom is also spacious and clean. After a Bad expérience on a boat in Srinagar, it was so relaxing for my mind to stay and exchange on many topics without asking myself " what do they want to sell me ? " or " Do they want to trap me or not ?". There would be more to Say but i let to the future guests the pleasure to discover by themselves.

We felt like staying at a friend's house. When we arrived, we were welcomed in a friendly way, it felt like visiting good friends. We had long, interesting conversations and got great advice about our travel plans. We are very grateful for all the support, like finding a rickshaw for city sightseeing and a shared taxi to Srinagar. Also, the house is nicely furnished and feels inviting. Our room was spacious and clean, we had a comfortable stay. The only thing I regret is that I didn't stay longer. I definitely want to come again in the future!
