Nothing! We love it the way it is. For those needing luxurious rooms...a lot have cropped up in Candolim

Frequent visitors here since 2015. The charm of the place and friendliness of staff stays the same. A bit crowded perhaps this time, but remains our favorite in Goa. Rooms have been refurbished (We stayed in 403, 404) and beds comfortable. Still they are not the highlight here (you will find the washrooms cramped), the whole place is!

The resort is amazing, spread out with greenery, polite and courteous staff, spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast, private access to the beach, wide and secure parking. All in all, had a splendid stay.

The upgraded room was just more of an apartment.. not really more plush, what I really needed was an upgraded bathroom etc.

We had specifically mentioned we will reach early but they did not help with an early check in. They should have told us it would not be possible. We would have made other plans instead of waiting at their reception for 3 hrs! Anyway nothing opens in Goa before 11!

We booked a suite and it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was overlooking the pool and had good balconies.

The buffet service needs a bit more staff to help get tea/coffee/ etc to the tables. Also each table can come equipped with a cutlery caddy so we won't need to go to the buffet each time. A wooden stand to dry swimsuits swim towels inside the room will be helpful.

The pool staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Pool side music and drinks create a great atmosphere. Restaurant staff was v attentive. Check in and check out was very smooth. you can request for any specific room you want, like sea view or poolside and if possible they will accommodate it. Food is v good and you can get pool side service. Rooms are v clean. A small folding bed is provided. I was traveling alone with my two kids and found it a safe experience . taxis were v easily available and reliable. a path from the reception leads to the beach in about 200 mtrs. A very good place for women, seniors and children. Excellent location of the resort to visit Panjim, Anjuna, Morjim etc. Ideal stay time 5 days.

Lovely location, direct access to the beach. Spacious, practical deluxe room, had balcony and french window. Very helpful staff- Sabu, service executive at the restaurant, was literally my menu consultant! Delicious food. (Don't miss the seafood here) Decent breakfast.

Only fault that I can remove is the staff i was traveling with my mum who cannot walk a lot. Our Villa was far from the reception gate hence requested them to open another gate which was in front of our villa but was refused. leaving this i was quite happy with the whole experience

The Bar and restaurant closes early.

The Staff upgraded our room to a suite room without any request and that was a customer friendly gesture. The Rooms are neat and spacious.

Everything was perfect

.The apartment was comfortable and the view from the balcony was lovely. Directly at the beach and close to the main road with shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and well trained to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet is basic but very sufficient and offers something for everyone. The reviews are true, this place is very comfortable, clean and staying there was a pleasure.

The location of the resort is a bit inside the the lane. I think that's the only thing I didn't like.
