Cleaning was only done twice a week. During my stay of 11 days , 3 days long power cut was done, there is no power backup, It was difficult to manage especially when you are traveling in April & May. Due to those power cuts We faced problem for boiling water for baby food on time & AC were not working so forcefully we had to step out at noon time to some nearby malls. Advice to management: keep a DG for back up.

Everything was available for a family to stay for a long vacation. All appliances were in good working conditions.

Its a central location in Bandra but the rooms face a noisy intersection and ear plugs are helpful to sleep. Like so many stays in India it was clean enough but would benefit from a proper clean. We enjoyed our two nights here.

Close to bandra station and you are in the middle of Mumbai so traveling towards town or towards Andheri had same distance

While it was clean overall, it could definitely use a deep cleaning + the bathroom’s could use a bit of renovation for the stay to be exceptional.

Well located; close to the airport as well and overall great space. Perfect for a small family or group of friends. Great facilities overall. Rajesh, the caretaker is exceptional and helps out with anything you might need.

Low water pressure in one of the bathrooms and not so hot water was a problem in both. Bed really hard.

Location excellent in the middle of Bandra West in walking distance from Bandra railway station (from where we took the train to Churchgate several times - 10 rupees or 40 for first class ticket). Apartment spacious and quiet. Caretaker very helpful and service minded.

There were few mosquito and flies inside the rooms although repellent being plugged in .

The location was easily accessible being located on main market road with availability of food joints and transportation.

Very few things, property needs to be cleaned, only one staff and think six apartments, so doesn’t get cleaned on daily basis. Which was my biggest disappointment. Care taker Rajesh was very very good, but single staff can not work all apartments, so that’s why ours was not being cleaned on Daily basis, also had to request for clean towels every time. We didn’t use the kitchen as we had no time.

Very nice and very comfortable place, noise level is there as it’s right on main road, but it’s bearable, also we were hardly in the apartment, as we were there for work. But location is very central so worth the money.

Very spacious apartment with fridge, single stovetop, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, fan, double bed (not 2 singles pushed together), and nice view overlook in one of the main streets in Bandra. Great location close to street shopping. The staff were very friendly and accommodating- a special thanks to the amazing Rajish for making our stay a great one!

Bed room to have double glazed Windows for better sound control.

No break fast as such .. It's more of LARGE B&B with decent Kitchenette and the care taker is helpful. Only wish was if they could clean the Room and Toilet on daily basis, it would have been great from an hygiene point

Despite being conveniente located to reach Mumbai's main attrazioni, it is right in front of a market which means there might be some noise coming from the street. Also over time i would probably change the mattresses with more comfortable ones but overall good stay!

Good value for money accomodation, well locate in Bandara neighborood. Rajesh Sing is a great house keeper and makes sure you are 100% comfortable.

This is something that didn’t matter a lot.. but I had expected the property to have basic toiletries.

Location is really good and the property is well maintained. The care taker was helpful and was available at all times. The house is an amazing stay for 4 with all the amenities and really good furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped.

Rajesh, the caretaker is incredibly helpful. The apartment is large and comfortable and the washing machine is definitely a bonus for longer stays. The location is great with everything you need at your doorstep.

Location,the exterior of the property The staff knocked the door at 12:30AM while we are sleeping and informed us that they are going to lock the front gate ,that’s too much…actually they did it good intention that they wanted to make sure that all guests are inside but for us
