No matter what we did, the AC could not cool the room sufficiently. The staff did their best to help though

Tucked away in the jungle with access to a private beach, it was just what we were looking for. Quiet and peaceful, amazing staff who went above and beyond to take care of us. Great food at the restaurant too! Icing on the cake was the ability to lie in bed and watch the most glorious sunrises, made some wonderful memories

The one and only dissapointment was candle light dinner as it was super expencive and was really plain. Food was not bad, but very regular seating with few runny candles. 5 course dinner ment that you had to choose 5 dishes to share. And a bottle of cold red wine. So I suggest to improve that part a lot.

Beautiful location in the real jungle forest. Gardening well done. Picture perfect houses and dining area. Quality bathroom amneties. Comfortable bed.

The property is advertised as beachfront, which is not exactly true. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk (trek?) through the forest, and while this is a pleasant experience, those expecting to be by the beach would be disappointed. Satya is also quite far from the jetty. Expect to pay at least Rs.700 one way to go back to the jetty. The road is also pretty bad right now (Dec 2023), although it seems to be getting done up. If the road is good, then a better option would be to rent cycles or two-wheelers for the duration of the stay. The jetty and main market is still going to be 20-25 minutes by bike even if the road is done.

It's located in a banana plantation and is the pefect location for a secluded getaway. The rooms are very spacious and the view is spectacular. The private pools are awesome and the fact that there are only three villas means the service is quite personal.

We spent eight perfect and magical days at Satya and had the most incredible time. Everything was perfect, from the food, the room surroundings and especially the incredible staff. Rosy and her team made us feel so welcome and part of their family while we were there on honeymoon, with hints and tips about what to do and where to go. Special thanks to Moses and Mawii who looked after us at breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving us Thlanga & Isaac’s incredible food. We also got a fantastic massage from Angelie while housekeepers Ruattea and Mawia took incredible care looking after our villa. It is in a remote location but Rosy will help you get rickshaws to get around the island. A perfect stay!

The road to the property is extremely bad limiting the options for anyone to go out. This itself doesn’t justify the price of the resort. The location is a big part any property’s rent cost. Also the food is really good but the portions are really small for the price. Again the same point of being a little in the price bracket to justify the cost. You will get properties with slightly higher price but will be in a much better place for anyone to explore the place. Staying here will eventually cost much higher because food and transportation will be extremely high.

Really nice staff. The place is beautiful and the staff goes out of their way to make your stay wonderful.

We had the most memorable stay at Satya. The villa — set amongst the tropical forest — far exceeded our expectations. It was fresh, chic, and very private. The staff were extremely attentive and kind, helping us arrange a candlelit dinner, a snorkeling trip, renting a scooter, and booking taxis. If you are looking at this villa like we were before we came, having now experienced Satya we can say with confidence we stayed at the best place in Havelock, and leave this place with memories for life. Special shout-outs to Harish, Moses, and Feli, with whom we interacted most and who were absolutely lovely to us. We miss you already!

The road leading up to it could take maintenance by the local government; intermittent low power outages got us all hot inside; didn’t quite understand the outrageous price for the food in the property (literally Northern California prices in a remote part of India)

Great energy from the property as well as the support staff! the staff went above & beyond in making our stay memorable! the vibe being in the middle of the jungle was beyond our imagination!

This luxury comes at a price. So you'll have to really save up for this place. The roads after the kala patthar beach aren't good.

It's a little piece of heaven. It's one of the most beautiful villas that I've ever seen. A little haven amongst the topical jungle. Harish and his team was super helpful. They were the best hosts. The food was delicious. I would recommend the red snapper dishes. Their wifi is good. So you won't miss the lack of a phone network. They take you to a secret beach. People have been writing that it's only 700 mts but it's definitely further. It was atleast 2kms. But the trek is fascinating. We were here for new year's. We also go complementary champagne. All in all, I would want everyone to experience this at least once.

The road leading to resort is a bad one ( especially the last 5 kms after kala pather beach). They have a very limited food menu, although the chef prepared everything we asked for, so can't complaint much. The property is designed in such a way that even if you have less members you have to stay and pay for full villa, which is bit overpriced.

Spacious rooms, with private pool. The place is located in a very peaceful surroundings and brings you closer to nature. They also have an access to a secret beach (it's a 30 minute treck). The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Overall a nice place to spend quality time with your family.

    Nothing at all!

A boutique property located amidst the lush forest of the Andamans, it gets you one with nature like no other. Keeping in mind with the aesthetics of its surroundings, Satya resort has been built in a very eco-friendly manner. The rooms are spacious with a view that is soothing to the eyes and waking up here is a dream! Their staffs are very attentive who ensure all your needs are well taken care of and beyond. All our meals at the resort was delicious and presentation of the same is really commendable. Moreover they source some really interesting stuff from around the country. Check out their dips! Overall an excellent stay, highly recommend!

Not familiar with this new property first up, I was only taking a chance to begin with. But the experience of my stay here was filled with pleasant surprises. The property, strategically located to ensure serenity and comfort in lap of nature, is a bliss to be in. If you are in Havelock island for leisure or work, Satya is highly recommended since it is the only resort here that would offer you a private pool with your villa.

It's a little far from the jetty so travelling to the property is expensive as cab services are exorbant.

I have just returned from an amazing week paradise! Staying in a villa with my own pool provided me with the tranquility I needed. It is excellently designed with calming aesthetics. My partner and I wanted were keen to be by the ocean but wanted to escape the hustle bustle of tourists and this place gave us just that. The food was amazing and both the staff and the kitchen went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I highly recommend this wonderful place for either a couple or if you are travelling alone. Can't wait to go back!!

Airtel phone network was not there. However, there is Wifi in the resort

The high rise quaint textures of the wall with light wood all over are the perfect shade with all the green view outside across tall glass doors. There is a nice common area outside with an infinity pool. The food, usually a downer in Andaman, is exceptionally well curated by Chef Teji who is a warm host. I would recommend banana curd pudding/smoothie, apricot french toast, and their fruit salad with some tangy local fruits. There is a good the variety of fish and the plating by Teji sets the mood well
