Where improvement could be possible: 1. Electricity supply: Unfortunately, the power supply most of the time wasn't sufficient to keep the fans running at good speed. 2. Pick up to and fro: really long wait for the resort driver to pick up (even though we called the drivers number half an hour ago, it took almost close to 2 hours with the staff's help). Fortunately, we had sufficient time for our flight. Good coordination, necessary information, and alternatives would be much appreciated and helpful.

Pros: 1. Amazing location. 2. Comfortable and awesome cottages: the view from the view, the interior, and especially the bathroom. 3. Courteous, helpful staff. 4. Food (little bit on the expensive side but worth).

If you don’t drive it is very difficult to get around from here and it was quite difficult communicating with the team to find out options. They quoted me a 2000 rupees return taxi to Palolem but there is a bus you can get from the village/opposite the bank, for 25rupees which will take you to Agonda or Palolem junction and you can walk from there. I would also recommend the Goa Miles app for much more reasonable taxi prices than the private ones.

The location is amazing for a quiet stay away from the bigger beaches. In the mornings I had the beach to myself and a beautiful view to wake up to. The only downside of the location is getting there - taxis will only go to a point then you need to go on foot/scooter. As a solo female traveller arriving late, I rang up and they were very helpful sending someone to meet me. The food I had was also delicious and super quick.

It’s that I didn’t like so much but be aware that transport doesn’t take you all the way due to the conditions of the road. Luggage must be carried. It’s kept like that to keep people coming to use the beach. It is very remote and no signal although once there you will get WiFi.

It was a while cottage on a very remote and beautiful secluded beach. Service is provided to the cottage. Great place to unwind and read a book or two.

A few small issues - firstly, the resort organised our taxi for us and then the jeep from the top down to the huts. We waited 45 mins once the taxi dropped us off for our jeep to arrive which made us feel a bit stranded. Secondly, as the resort is so secluded the huts would really benefit from a mini fridge. We weren’t able to keep our water cold which was quite inconvenient. Also the bar service for beers is quite slow as they bring them to the hut for you, it would be much easier to stock up fridges and for us to help ourselves.

This place is right on the beach of Little Khola which is the most beautiful place. It’s so quiet and secluded that half the time you will have the beach to yourself. This is because it’s very difficult to get down there but we liked that. We had to get a taxi, then a jeep from the resort came and picked us up as some of the route is off road. We also saw wild monkeys on the way down. The staff will carry your bags and are very friendly. The rooms are huge and the bed is comfy. No AC but there is a large ceiling fan and we weren’t hot at night at all as we left our door open slightly for a sea breeze. The bathroom is also huge with a great shower. We loved sitting on our veranda each evening whilst ordering food and drink from the resort itself. Food is great with loads of options on the menu. It was a perfect 2 night romantic getaway before the hustle and bustle of North Goa. Highly recommend.

I read all the other reviews about the road down to the property and didn’t quite understand actually how difficult it is to get down to the bungalows themselves. I would not advise staying here if you are arriving in the middle of the night, particularly if you are a solo traveller. I arrived at midnight and had to trust in a taxi driver who offered to walk me down to the bungalows in the dark with nothing but an iPhone torch. There are no lights, no signs, and very rough downward hill terrain for about 5-7 mins walk. If you are arriving in the day time, I think you would be okay, but it’s very intimidating and disorienting to arrive in the middle of the night. (I’ve included a photo from the day time to give and idea)

Once arrived at the property, the bungalows are on a idillic, peacefully quiet beach. The view from all the bungalows is the same, stunning! The food was great, the restaurant isn’t that comfortable to sit in, but the lovely staff will bring the food and drinks to your balcony so you can sit and watch over the ocean. The rooms are lovely, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. They were very clean and well maintained. I came for a weekend of relaxing and peace and quiet and I got just that. There were hardly any other people around and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The staff are really lovely and accommodating and will do anything they can to help.

The trek down was testing, although we noticed some taxis are prepared to go half way and scooters a little further. The number 10 bus from Canacona (Rs 25), 30km south of Margao, terminates at the point the track down to the resort leaves the main road. Some form of signage at this point would certainly help. To gain the most of the amazing sunset, if possible avoid hut 2 out of 6 as it is rather tucked in behind number 1. A minor point, sun loungers were in short supply, but that didn’t detract from a wonderful start to our three week holiday in Goa.

The location is stunning, the accommodation - spotlessly clean - was right on the beach, exactly what we were looking for. We accepted the opportunity to have meals served on our balcony at no extra cost; the food, prepared to order and very reasonably priced (mains 300-500Rs), was absolutely delicious. The staff can’t to enough for you. This place is a must if you are seeking a relaxing stay with a view to die for

The place is infested with rats..., but as it's in forest location, these pests cannot be controlled since there is availability of food, they come there and hide in the roofs. They didn't harm us, but they eat up any food stored. Food has be locked in cupboards, which we learnt after our dinner was eaten up.

Beautiful, open, airy, spacious cottages on the beach... good food and privacy.... loved our Valentines day vacay on this property.

Most taxi drivers won’t drive you right to the property because the final kilometre or two are off-road. Make sure that the cab will leave you at Main gate, otherwise you will find yourself pulling suitcase through a dirt road.
