The staircase towards room should not be cluttered with housekeeping material , it does not speak well of housekeeping management. The intercom nos. of reception ,housekeeping are not displayed near the intercom. If these areas are improved it would be perfect.

Location very near to candolim beach and the happening area of candolim. The place is quite and serene with a decent vibe . Good , helpful staff in front office , restaurant and housekeeping .

Could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. Lots and lots of mosquitoes in the room when we arrived and thoughout our stay. Wouldn’t use the pool as it didn’t look clean. Breakfast selection was poor. Things in room didn’t get replenished, toilet roll for example.

Sumptuous breakfast with courteous staff. The pool is well maintained, however is little smaller. Rooms are spacious, clean and well amintained. The Beach View Villa is amazing.

Very good service from our housekeeping manager Shandan. Service in restaurant was very good, always helping with a smile. Special thanks to the Lady at the reception for her prompt help . We were very happy to stay with you.

The fabric for the buildings is a little tired, but still good for what we paid. When we arrived they described on of the rooms as having a “sea view”. To be fair if you went out of the room, stood in the stairwell on tip toes, looked west with a pair of binoculars it was possible to spot a section of blue between the land and the sky that was probably the sea. No problem at all, just made me laugh that it was described as a sea view, when clearly it wasn’t.

Good value tourist hotel close to beach and centre of Candolim. Was clean and well managed. The staff were helpful. The pool area was small but adequate for the number of guests, was never crowded when we were there. Overall I would recommend it as a good place to stay.

The location is great for the beach,about 300 yards down the sandy lane,straight to the Oasis shack,also great location to the main road but enough distance away from the noise.The staff are lovely and friendly.

Our room with garden view had a view of the street behind the hotel. It was the cheapest room but be aware. Inspite of this I would have stayed longer, but the hotel was full.

The location is a short walk from the beach. The pool area is very inviting. Breakfast on the covered open terrace was very good. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom modern with plenty of hot water.

The upgraded room was spacious and we loved the balcony for the evenings. Very comfortable bed, Good quality linen and towels. Good breakfast.

I felt it's little expensive compare to other resorts of same category in candolim.

It was good stay .staffs are good and friendly.food was good with more varieties.location is excellent.

Very unpleasant experience before reaching the resort. Got frantic and rude calls from the staff that regarding payment, when the booking clearly said that card details are only to block the reservation and actual payment will be processed at the time of check-in. Management should take notice. Also the approach route to the beach is very poor and a big deterrent to walk down. Better to take the conventional route through the market to Candolim beach. Management can easily spend to make this approach to the beach better, so people can access the beach easily.

Breakfast was very good and restaurant staff was helpful and caring. Room was nice but didnt seem like it was maintained well. If the resort is doing well then they should spend in maintance. Pool looked nice, but didnt get time to use it.
