Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was spacious, clean and all equipped. The food was delicious. They additionally took great care of me as I got sick in the last 3 days. A true gem, highly recommended.

FranceI’ve spend few days at Shanol and I was recovering after being sick. They took really good care of me, the owner and her family are genuinely kind and everything is made for you to feel good. The room has been the cleaniest and the most comfortable I’ve had in India so far. The food is really good. Perhaps I would previse that the location is above the center which means to walk up and down. It was perfect for me as more quiet. I deeply thank the owner and her family again for their generosity and open heart, I had a wonderful time there.

Room is very comfortable and services are best. All staff is polite. Breakfast dinner is also good. Tea coffee maker, geyser, tv, Telephone, BSNL wifi working. Drinking water available inside the room.
