The hotel is nice has all comforts and the staff is really nice. It is in a good location walking distance to the station. it looks like the second floor is being all refurbished. At first we found the bed sheet not very clean, but they promptly changed them.

Unfortunately, there were no dry big towels. The staff solved it by giving us two hand towels each instead, which was ok.

Nice room, very good shower. Excellent central location, 5 min walk from the railway station and 2 min walk from the metro (which goes straight to the airport). Helpful staff. We arrived very early, but the room was ready for us, Very happy for that. Asked for towels and tea bags, which we got promptly.

The smell of cigarette smoke, I think they allow smoking in all rooms. The location is very crowded and the approach road very narrow.

Comfortable room and very clean bathroom. Excellent hot water in the shower. Very amiable and service oriented owner, I woke him up at 1.30 am since some idiots in the neighborhood had started playing loud music disrupting the sleep. he responded immediately and got that stopped.

Would have been better if the gangway to lift had been taken care.

It was really neat and clean. The toilet bathroom was unexpectedly neat, clean and shiny. A.C. was working very good. The beds were superb. Each and every thing of comfort was taken care off. The behavior of the staffs was very polite.

Well, only the train service (not the hotel). But when there was a delay in my train, Mr. Viyay happily suggested I wait in the hotel lobby. He said I could rest in a room if needed when the delay was going to be over 14 hours (wow, so kind).

Hotel Sharma Regency is situated in an excellent position for those who are coming from or going to the airport, Lucknow Junction or Lucknow NR station. It’s a few minutes walk from the metro which connects to the airport. It’s also a few minutes’ easy walk to the main train stations. Many small restaurants, snack shops and outdoor stalls selling juices, fruit and fast food surround the hotel. It’s simple to find rickshaws, 3-wheelers or taxis to take you places. The room I stayed in was well appointed (an A/C deluxe room). There was good cool A/C, constant hot water for showers, the bed was comfortable and had soft pillows. There’s one blind which prevents light entering so you can sleep in the dark without light disturbing you in the morning. A desk and chair allows for work and the wardrobe unit has plenty of space. There’s a kettle to make hot drinks (I had my own coffee, tea and milk powder). The hotel is safe and secure - keycard access to the room, CCTV monitoring from reception. The way in through the door past reception means unwanted people can be monitored. The receptionist, Mr. Viyay, is one of the most helpful people I have ever come across when visiting many hotels. He was happy, willing, and able to assist me in booking two trains when I couldn’t register on the IRCTC website and he even found me a free category for travel which I didn’t know about, providing me with a ticket on a train I thought was full. Furthermore, Mr. Viyay assisted me in booking a cheap car to a nearby cake shop. He went above his duties, taking me outside to find the vehicle, which was arriving late and hadn’t turned up. All these extra services were done with a genuine wish to help, even though Mr. Viyay was busy with other hotel tasks. This sort of assistance sets this hotel apart from other hotels with similar facilities and really helped make my trip a success. I highly recommend Sharma Regency.

Didn't like the staff behavior, they're rude and ask me to pay 1000rs extra for loss of room card, we were really very tired and when we entered room we need ac, but due to their some technical glitch, lights were getting on off for almost 40-45mins, which is really annoying coz when you travel without proper sleep you need good shower and rest.
