How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

For Food there is No Restaurants Next to the Hotel. Gandhinagar Restaurants are Famous and 600mtr Walk Crossing Big Roads...Not at all Advisable. Take a Auto. The Hotel will get you Parcel Breakfast. For Restaurant Lovers...
Location, Execellent Staff Support...My Check In was at 1AM - Superb Response and So Impressed. Next to Railway Station. For People late Check In, Travelled by Train & Going back by Train - This is a Best Hotel. Receptionist Ms.Amira's suggestion is so Good. Many Thanks to her. She will Guide you the Best on Your Local Day Out Planning using the Public Transport. All the Staffs are Good. Value for Your Money. Its a Family Hotel

No hot water. We were too tired to contact reception so may have been an easy fix. The entrance is quite hidden.
Perfect location to railway station and metro. Cleaner and more well appointed than many we have stayed in. Not sure why it is only 1 star as it should be higher.

They don't have a restaurant.For good restaurants you need to walk abit.

the behaviour of the female receptionist was very bad, she was so rude, she called us around 9 am that our time is over and leave the room. When I explained to her that our check-out time is 11am. She talked to me very rudely. And didn't listened my side. The other hotel staff was good, service was good, and the room was spacious. I will suggest the hotel management to give some training to the lady receptionist.
The behaviour of the male receptionist was good. He allowed us for early check-in and told us that our check-out time will be 11 am

Toilet fungus on the seat and the bucket. Breakfast oil was dripping.
Hotel room is clean, but the toilets needs ro be little bit more cleaner. Breakfast was extremely oily to manage that as well. Rest overall was a good stay in this price.

Bathroom cleanliness is not up to the mark, no provision is there to keep toiletries in the bathroom. Hot water is available only in the morning 6 to 11 am. Towels provided were worst in condition. The staff while opening the room, threw the soap (compliment) on the side table. Generally, compliment toiletries will be provided but they gave only 2 small soaps which is also in a very bad shape. While check in (around 9.30 pm), the receptionist was taking some dinner order and didn't consider checking us in.
Room was spacious, Coffee table is big enough to use it as dining table. Though they have 12 to 12 checkin checkout policy, they let me check out around 1.30 in the noon without asking for any extra amount.

They denied the stay saying without luggage they won't give the room. We reached around 12:30 midnight and they asked us to leave, since we didn't have luggages with us. Such a stupid policy said by the hotel people . They haven't mentioned it in the hotel policy in the site and also the hotel should have rejected the request immediately when we booked or should ve call and enquired. We finally had to call police and then only they let us stay there. Never will recommend this.
