Service is very slow,You guys took 40 minutes to serve 4 veg sandwiches in room, 1 hr to serv lunch in your restaurant even when i place order before 20 min from my room , You guys take 35 minutes to take off my luggage from my room to Reception So everything is good but the service is redicules we are about to saty one more day in your resort but after that service we all chang our decision.

Furniture and fixtures needs renovation. Pool cleaning is required daily as people are eating and drinking alongside pool making water dirty. Pool discipline is required to be maintained.

Staff behaviour, Location is absolutely gorgeous. Property is right on the beach. Property has all the facilities including a well appointed resturant serving delicious food.

After midnight unable to find a single staff for medical emergency situation..I suffered alot almost 1 hours to find a staff. Reception locked with chain and lock after midnight.in any emergency where will I go..I don't understand. Very pathetic experience 😠

Had to wait for more than one hour for the ordered lunch and dinner. No tissue roll provided in toilet. I asked for it but still it was not provided. Need to have more professional staff. Food quality was also not upto the mark of it's cost. It should be little lower. Bedcovers and blanket covers were dirty.

There was nothing to like at all. We booked the room seeing the view and room quality on the website. But in reality it was the worst situation a person can be in. Untidy room unclean bed sheets with third grade room quality. On the top the food was horrible. Spending one night in this property was a nightmare. It was the worst experience a person can go through.

Cleanliness and hygiene. There were flies in the bathroom. Less toiletries were provided. And the bathroom had a dirty comode with a lack of other facilities.

What I didn't like is not a long list. Remotes were not working, taps in the bathroom need some work. Rooms were not looking great but were not bad either.

The staff and their service were impeccable. Special mention for Soumen, Suman (at reception), Peter, the restaurant folks. One more thing, the restaurant food was excellent and so were the drinks (cocktails and mocktails)

Swimming pool - always crowded with bunch of young guys with drinks, loud music which disturbs the ambience.

Wide and airy rooms with cleaned bathroom, parking facilities, food really good in taste. Comp. breakfast having lots of choice. location - it's on the sea beach but far from Mandarmani city. Cool and calm place.

The rooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic!! We changed 3 rooms in 2 nights Pathetic room service and housekeeping!! Not sure why they charge so hefty!! Very very bad experience!! I would never recommend this resort to anyone!!

The food was decent. Staff named Dibash was very helpful.
