Slovakia- You couldn’t flush the toilet, you had to fill a bucket with water and do it this way. - The room wasn’t the cleanest, there were some stains on the bedsheets. - The room was quite expensive for what it was. It wasn’t really a value for money. - For some reason we paid a tiny bit more than what was written on the booking.com reservation.
- Extra late check in, we arrived after midnight and we had no problems with checking in. - The room was quite spacious. - The staff was very nice, they kept asking about how we liked the hotel etc. Even before coming to the hotel, the host called me and explained how to get to the hotel, offered some additional services and even suggested to find a driver for a little tour around Mumbai (which we didn’t want to do as we were meeting a friend in the city who showed us around). - The airport transport was very handy, the location was very good - close to the airport. - They brought breakfast to our room.

United KingdomOur airport pick-up driver didn't show up till almost an hour after the scheduled landing time (we had hand-luggage only so were quick out into arrivals). We had no way of knowing whether they were just running late or weren't showing up. It was an uncomfortable wait - no apology or explanation was given. I've never stayed anywhere with more mosquitoes. Lots were hanging around the staircase and we killed 7 in our room within the first 30 minutes. Thankfully we didn't get bitten, but it was uncomfortable seeing so many when we arrived. The room had the makings of being really comfy, but the fittings and decor are quite tired. The room was superficially clean (laundered bedlinen and towels, clean floors, etc.) but there were three empty water bottles in the cupboard (which also had a deep accumulation of dust on top of it) and DO NOT open the bathroom blinds, under any circumstances - the filth behind the slats was gross. It would have been helpful to have a squeegee to mop the bathroom floor with after a shower, as the wetroom-style floor got quite slippery. There's a large number of switches for lights, fans, etc. I think one was for the hot water, but it wasn't clear, so we ended up having cold showers. Labels for the switches would be really helpful.
The location so close to the airport was brilliant - and the main road is fun to walk down if you have some spare time. The reception staff were wonderful - very helpful and kindly allowing us to hotspot from their phones when the wifi was down most of the evening. The associated restaurant was excellent - the food and service were brilliant.

FranceWould be great to have a kettle in the room. It would be noisy if f you are in a room close to the road but they were very good and moved us to a room further back. Ear plugs recommended though if you are a light sleeper.
Helpful staff, good location, complimentary airport pickup/drop-off. Breakfast included. Fairly good value. Good restaurant.

United KingdomSituated on a busy t-junction so traffic noise present. Breakfast served in a private upstairs dining area with no windows and malfunctioning air-conditioning this visit. Airport shuttle car has very bouncy suspension, not great for us who get carsick. Tired bathroom needs an update
Very accommodating staff. Provided jugs of water whenever we asked. Gave us a different room when our first one was smaller than expected. Shuttle from airport waiting for us when we came out of the terminal. Early check-in not a problem. Venzys Restaurant next door has delicious hot meals and prompt service. Great location near to airport, restaurants, fruit sellers and wine shop close by. Our second stay and likely won't be our last.

United KingdomThe bathroom was old, & a leaky tap by the toilet. The breakfast was OK, it was bought to the room but there was no choice what to have. It's actually called Benzys Hotel, if you are making your own way there, its a bit confusing! I asked the tuk tuk driver to take me too Seven Hills Hospital which is more or less opposite the hotel.
It's close to the airport and free transfers were a real bonus. The bedroom and bedding was clean, air con and wifi good.. The day manager was very helpful, recommended a local restaurant where I could also have a beer and helped to plan my journey into Dharavi.

The proximity to the airport and the complimentary shuttle service added a layer of convenience for transit travelers. The breakfasts were delightful, and the overall staff assistance was commendable. There is a Christian church just outside the window and since it has been a Christmas Eve, they've been having an outdoor mass all evening.
