The aircon was set for 17 degrees by us, but struggled to get below 21 in room 215

Huge room, the size of a big U.K. flat! Comfy beds, very clean, just what you want after a late arrival, or an early start to/from the airport. The area it’s in is nothing special. It’s an airport hotel, 15 min drive from the airport, but the can arrange a pick up and drop off for you, which was very good. Huge 75m pool, gym, table tennis, squash court. Basically It like having your local uk council authority comprehensive gym in the same building for you to use. Evening food and breakfast was good. Hotel has a decent bar.

Ideal stay for one night close to the airport. We ate in the restaurant and the food was fantastic. The grounds are nice. Clean room.

All the staff, especially Mr. Sunil Yadav were exceptionally helpful and courteous. I had injured my leg and he made sure that extra care was taken to ensure my comfort.

I found two things not so optimal. Firstly, we asked for a child bed when we booked the room but it was not available, probably due to high demand. Secondly, the reception staff was not so proactive. I had to ask exta for the breakfast location and the timings. It would be great if the staff can provide these info without asking for the same.. Apart from that, the staff did a good job..

This was the second time we were staying at this place..The room was good. Breakfast was really good and the staff who were responsible for the breakfast did a wonderful job.. We had dinner too at the restaurant which was also really good..

The suite room did not have a mini fridge Dinner buffet can include few more options Both the living room and bedroom had television, but they don't have a firestick and screencast cannot be done from phone since television does not connect to network

Breakfast starts at 7:30 is just not acceptable. Many residents have flights and work. During workweek, breakfast has to be at least from 6:30. 7:30 is just pushing it.

Its really nice. Lot of space to walk around. Very pleasant and relaxing place. We enjoyed the stay. Suit Rooms are r quiet spacious and very clean. All toiletries were provided enough.I reccomend this property as it is worth the money you spent

Bad food. Staff in the restaurant are hesitant and says a NO to everything.

Good room, not acoustic, can hear everything from the other room and neighbors very playing loud music. Bad quality of food.

Initially they didn't want to give two access card for each room, after some argument only they agreed. This is something provided by default by many hotels/resorts

Excellent Breakfast, also overall food taste is good even for lunch/dinner. Modern/Clean and spacious suite room, not so expensive at Bangalore standard. Staffs were helpful, fast room service. Amenities were quite good.

I am completely disappointed as the distance stated in booking.com app is 3.4 KM from airport, however the resort is 16 KM away from the Airport. I booked the resort based on its closer distance to the airport, however tue reality is just opposite. Pl remove the mis formation the from the site. It’s just nothing but hiding the info from customers

The checkin lady, wasn't very eager to help when we arrived. She just blandly said " checkin at 3." But later she was good enough to give us the room a little before 3. So that helped change my opinion.

Loved the size of the suite, it had everything we needed. Felt like home, but our stay was restful. The restaurant food was delicious. The chicken burger was amazing!! We haven't tasted anything quite like it before, in Bangalore...will be back for more...hopefully, the chef won't change! There's ample place to walk about and relax, quiet from the city but not too far. The staff were great, an older gentleman at the breakfast restaurant, Courtyard was very attentive to all his guests.
