Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaIt's overpriced on booking.com visavis room given to us.First floor Room was brand new but many areas yet to be furnished.Bathroom didn't have soap dish,floors were slippery,no bath mats,plastic of the bathroom door was not removed.One side of the room faced the dumping ground but we could see the peaks .Though Staff is very polite and sweet ,but they definitely need whole lot of training,they can't handle too many tourists.

IndiaPreetika and the rest of the staff were Extremely courteous, very hospitable and catered to all our needs without any qualms. The Balcony itself with the stunning view of Kanchenjunga is enough to recommend this place a hundred times and more. Probably the most peaceful stay we’ve had in a long long time. Thanks a lot for the memories!

We had a very pleasant stay, the room was clean and comfy, the bed was big and comfortable too. The view from the window was just marvelous. I would like to thank ms Preetika from reception, who has very helpful and caring, definitely a professional :)

Indianice view of kanchenguna from our room. miss preeti (GRE) gave us the best possible room to us. restaurant staff especially vishwajeet and sima ji were very polite and helpful. we good served food on time. but the taste of the food can me made better.

Mountain view scenery from the room is amazing. In fact from most of the hotels in Pelling amazing view of the Kanchenjunga is visible. So this hotel is not exceptional. In fact this hotel lies in the down part of the Pelling but room rate is very high.
