Very peaceful place, with a very kind staff that listen carefully to all your needs. They take care of you. The rooms and the pool are beautiful. I recommend the place for all the people that want to rest or hike/travel. The location make it easy to reach beautiful places. That was a great moment there.

Location and views were not up to expectations. Food taste can be improved. Frequent power cuts.

The children's play area is quite small, and unfortunately, the hotel does not have a parlor facility. Additionally, the breakfast options are limited.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. It's a new hotel, so it's clean and well-maintained. The staff members were courteous, and the restaurant offered reasonably priced and satisfactory food. Although the breakfast options were limited, the quality was commendable. Additionally, the hotel features a spa facility, and they offer discounts for guests staying at the hotel.

If chairs were provided in the balcony, it could have been much better.

The facilities were good. The view from the room was exotic. Overall, very happy with the stay and is recommendable to others.

With just a little bit of work this hotel could be excellent and would appeal to international travellers. For example the pool needs some sun loungers, the balconies in the rooms would benefit from some chairs and a table. My wife was not happy with the massage she had in the Spa.

Modern, stylish, clean hotel with a wonderful swimming pool. The staff were friendly but seemed to lack training. The buffet breakfast was very good. The views from the top floor were beautiful.

I had called in advance for a room upgrade and assured that at least one room would be like the one in the pictures. However, after I arrived, I was told no upgrades were available. I think a lot was lost in translation and this was something we faced throughout the stay. However the staff are very polite and try their best.

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. The rooms are quite large and the beds quite comfortable. The view from our first floor rooms was passable but it would have been much better if we had been higher up and not had to look on to the parking area. The cab they arranged for us was really nice and fairly priced. Our rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday even if they missed the finer details sometimes. Very good wifi.

Information brochure abut Property facilities must be there in rooms. At checkout we came to know that pool is available. There was technical glitch for hot water availability on the check in day.

Breakfast was good with limited options; Food service and quality of Vegetarian food was excellent. Room was very cozy, neat and clean with marvelous balcony view of Chembra Peak. Location is also good i;e in Meppadi.

This is the most phenomenal hotel I've come across in a long while. The room view that you see on Google don't do justice, the reality is far more breathtaking and beautiful. The staff were extremely polite and ready to help at all times including the owners. The food is limited on the menu but perfection. Because Wayanad in general is a place where all main attractions are spread out, the hotel makes sure you plan well and helps you with that as well. I'd highly recommend this place!

The service, the amenities, and the location all worked together to provide me with the greatest experience possible. The rooms were outstanding. I would say that it was absolutely worth the money.

Lovely for a hotel so high in the hills; wifi was weak (I was there for work) but the service - and the willingness to step up and help with any issues I had was really good. For that alone, worth going.
