Hotel is not at good place. Overall property is very compact and congested. I hv booked family suite for 4 persons. Four beds were there but no space at all in room expect beds.

Very congested place. No proper space to seat. Old furniture. They don't have their own kitchen they get food and breakfast prepared from someone else.

Location is horrible the nearby food not great and room service food even worse. Staff are always trying to milk more money out of you.

Some staff don't speak proper English and charged us extra for a bottle of water. Noisy at nights. Need more professionalism.

Only one of the lights was working in the room. This made it inconvenient to attend office video meetings.

The availability if staff for service round the clock is something that is rare to see and really appreciate. Mr Narendra Singh and team went out of their way to help me, as I was a solo woman traveller. Free breakfast was also nice.

- If you are accommodating 2-3 guests in 3-bedroom, then you should provide water bottles for every occupant and not one per room. - Bathroom facilities need to be improved. The water pressure of the toilet is not enough - The bedsheets need to be cleaned properly. There were black stains, like dried bird poop. - There were little bugs crawling on the sheets n covers.

The approach from housekeeping staff wasn't needed, they should stick to their job role. Too many questions from Housekeeping staff , was getting too personal although I mentioned to stop/ pause it at one point. The water kettle cord is too short to reach the power plug, The toilet tiles were not cleaned. The cushions were spelling bad, needs' a sun light for linen. The AC remote was not functioning well so I had to switch off from main switch. In the night not advisable to step out alone if solo female traveler as too many labour class people are seated by under the bridge/next to hotel.

The receptionist was formal, to the point which is good. The concept of welcome drink was nice since it was hectic in traffic to reach out there. Some staff was professional some not. The location next to S/X bridge was handy to go east n west of byculla point. Quite place. It's a good for a day or two stay.

Every thing , location inside vegetable market Nd in front of 6 lines of railways! The name is not skylink but Amber Imperial , so we didn't get easily to the hotel. Rooms small and poor facilities pathroom horrable Breakfast very very pooooor

One of the worst ever. Next two rooms had families of 10 in each shouting from 6 in morning. Staff calling early in morning by 4 to ask us how many of us are in room. Just one nightmare we had. Charged 30 rupees for a 10₹ water bottle.
