Great location. Short walk to beach. Quiet area. Property has everything you need for self-catering. Comfortable bed. Great size room, which had 2 balconies. The owner and her staff were very nice. The owner had a cute little kitten called Leo.

This was my second time at Skyview villa. It's super close to sinq and cohiba. That's why we book with them. Last time our experience was too good. This time the sheets were not very clean. Could be better.

Courian ( owner ) was very polite and helpful . Overall , a lovely place for a long stay with family . Recommend it to all and would love to return ourself . Very close to all the Hotspots. Walkable to the beach too

There is no parking space, please speak with the caretaker in case you have a car. Also my request to the caretaker is to be a little active and help the guest find a parking spot. We had to search a lot for parking our car.

The rooms were clean and had a lot of amenities. It was worth the money spent. Close to all the major places in candolim. Comfortable and a good stay. Families can surely check it out.

Great location. Candolim beach is 10mins walk from the property. Very clean and nicely maintained. Corian is taking care of guests and property really well and she is really helpful. We extended our stay here for a week. WiFi speed was also good. Kitchen is provided with necessary kitchenette so you can cook at home. We really enjoyed our stay here :) If you are looking for calm and homely stay then your search ends here. Would really like to recommend this.

1) The property has a slight problem for hot water/showers.

1) This Villa is very close to the Candolim Beach it's a 5 mins walk 2) The two super markets, Newtons and Delfinos are closer to the property to buy any daily , alcohol, snacks, soft drinks, Clothing, Toys. 3) The Taxi/ Auto Stand is near to Newtons so it's easier to find them and reliable. 4) All Good Restaurants, Bistro, Fine Dining, Bars like #Fisherman's Cove, Tomatoes Kitchen Grill and Bar etc are extremely close to the property 5) All major Banks have their branches and ATM for all your banking needs. 6) Candolim Vegetable market is on 15mins walk to buy fresh fruits and Veggies as well. 7) Swiggy delivers food to this place, last order to deliver is probably by 23.30 or 24:00 hrs, check with restaurant 8) Good local shops for purchasing Alcohol, Cigarettes, Cashewnuts, Goan Sweets, Cakes etc. 9) Calangute and Sinquerium are all close to Candolim area. 10) Pharmacy's are open for medical purchases as well.

1. Even after paying 100% of bill amount on reaching, original Aadhaar Card was confiscated till checkout. 2. No drinking water provided. The water filter was installed for 'show'. 3. Bed sheets and towels were not changed during 5N6D trip, room cleaning is done on alternate days only

First thing first i feel this place is overpriced and overrated for amount of facilities they have. Half of the facilities the mentioned is not there. we had booked an apartment for 4 people but there the bedroom had two single beds and one normal cot. Definitely 4 person wouldn’t be able to fit. It’s like 2 need to sleep in bed and other two need to sleep down. No drinking water is available. It’s definitely not worth the money

worst property ever, bathroom was stinking room was stinking bad quality mattress and linen, no water supply, roof pool was very small and bad food was horrible we fell sick, don’t go to this place ever it’s very very bad not at all comfortable I regretted a lot, it was disgusting
