There's nothing to say here that is in the hotel's power to fix, but be aware that the surrounding streets are narrow and chaotic - a bit like like Pahar Ganj in Delhi. And a nearby mosque did a very loud call to prayer most mornings I was there, at 5.30am. Neither was a major problem for me, but just so you know.

Well-managed hotel, with efficient staff. Its the only place in India I've seen with an actual printed cleaning rota timetable on the corridor wall. My small room was clean and had some basic furniture, good fan and AC. Wifi not great but ok. There was almost no traffic noise audible. Plenty of interesting temples, food stalls and shops nearby. And some ok restaurants. It's a10 minute walk to Mannadi metro station, which gives good access to sprawling Chennai and a direct line to the airport. Recommended.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Let me check in early without a problem. Also the rooms are very clean. Location might not be every one's cup of tea but it is definitly a neighbourhood with a lot of options.

Found This Hotel On Booking.Com, Been Here During My Last Chennai Visit For A Night. Rooms Are In Good Condition And Maintain Very Well. Polite And Coperative Staff Makes You More Comfortable. The Only Backlog Is An AC Fitted In My Room Was On Default Mode And Remote Of Television As Well As AC Was Not Working Property. Rest Of It is Comfortable Stay.

The mosque was nearby and we got woken up at 5 am by calls for the prayers.

It was quite outdated, but they did everything they could with what they had.

It was clean and within walking distance of the Mannadi Metro station. The area felt safe walking to the metro in the morning when it was still dark. The staff were very proactive and friendly in making our experience there great. Good local eateries within a few blocks.

If anything then the area is not the best and gets very noisy at night. An electric kettle in the room would be a good addition. :)

The location is slightly interior from the main road. The bedsheets and linens could be improved.

The hotel is suitable for budget travelers. Many restaurants are nearby. The nearest Metro is 800 meters away. The room service was good. We stayed in a family room and the bathroom was clean.

The neighbourhood probably saw better days. The streets are very typical Indian thoroughfare, rather rundown, dirty and may feel sketchy at night. Few good restaurants to speak of nearby. Tricky to find an auto rickshaw.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The manager was very correct, gave me a water bottle every day and even refunded 100rp per night for the lack of electricity even if it was not their fault (a cyclone took Chennai by storm). A decent place to stay a couple of nights downtown.

The location is not ideal for tourism. Its in a hectic and dirty part of town.

This hotel is extremely clean. The building is dated, but the staff maintains and cleans everything to a high standard. I was very satisfied with the room and interactions with the staff. The price is a good value.

Unable to access via car easily due to small uneven roads that are easily flooded.

Comfy double beds and nice bathroom. WiFi very good. Location easily accessible to places via tuk tuk. Staff helpful - helped arrange taxi to the airport
