Access roads to the property were quite sad. Given that it has built a reputation for itself, staff was complacent . Thei attitude could improve. Lots of competition coming up, in terms of new properties

Breakfast was very elementary and can be improved for the price charged. Location with beach front was great.

The rooms were not what I had expected. Beddings n furnishings were avg quality. In the bathroom of the most high end rooms, the commode lid was broken. They didn’t provide moisturiser as part of toiletries

The rooms were dated and drab. Facilities were just not up to the mark. The bathroom was from a cheap hotel and seemed out of place at the property. Food was bland, the breakfast was just bad. We failed to understand how fresh fish/shrimps (it was fresh) can be this bad! The location was excellent. The beach starts right by your door.

Facilities are not maintained properly. Cleanliness is a big concern area. Guest services are poor. The pool area doesn't have towels. The staff will say "NO" for everything without giving you an alternative.

Location is the only plus point with sitting area in garden facing the sea.

1. Pool was extremely dirty. The water was literally muddy and we were told by the staff that it will take 3 days to clean 2. Water seepage in the room due to waste water from AC outlet seeping in the wall instead of going out. Though it was promptly repaired, it should have been done before alloting the room 3. Extensive storm damage is visible all around the property... Broken swings, fallen boundary wall, damaged patio roofs . Requires repairs 4. Poor access to the property. The final 100 m is like going on a treasure hunt. 5. For the facilities offered and quality of food, the property is priced a little bit on the higher side

The path to the sea is broken and difficult to walk.

Breakfast platter was nice. Location was just adjascent to sea. Rooms were with excellent sea view. Swimming pool was nice and well maintained

The breakfast was not upto the mark. Tea was served in chipped crockery, the quality and taste of food was not great either. The quality and taste of food in the restaurant was better but portions were too much for 2 people, not large eaters or solo travellers. There were not much healthy options . There was no lift. Difficult for senior citizens or guests requiring wheelchair. There were boxes, cartons, mattresses, lying around visible to guests.

Beautiful location, with wonderful layout of the property. The outdoors had lots of places to sit and enjoy the view. Even when it was overcrowded, there was enough space to have your own space. The ambience was really good. The staff were helpful and friendly.
