Location, park view, support for SIM card purchase and hygienic and tasty local breakfast were the best aspects.

The rooms in the 3rd floor are not well maintained. It is better to take rooms of the 1st floor.

The garden views and the room in general is very good. The food is also ok.

A lot of staff were walking around but the bathroom looked like it hadn't seen any of them in a while. The restaurant waiter was very friendly. I didn't feel unwelcome but a little more hospitality wouldn't do them harm.

smoking room converted into a non-smoker, so bad smell remained always, kettle was not well cleaned, had to clean it ourselves!

The rooms were mostly clean but the washrooms could be better maintained.

Overall the experience was quite good. The room was spacious for the price and location was very close to the metro station. The hotel staff was quite polite and even kept our luggage for some hours after check-out. Check-in after midnight was possible. Really enjoyed their breakfast selection.

Our room was fairly big, with a lovely window towards the park. However, it was not particularly clean (especially bed linen and towels were stained and smelly).

The location of the hotel is pretty good. The Karol Bagh metro station is really close by and the neighbourhood is lively, interesting and it has everything you might need. There is even a small park next to the hotel. The rooftop terrace is nice, although in December with fog and smog you don't really see anything from it. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is not bad at all.

The room was quite rundown, and not terribly clean. Fresh towels were never dry. Some days the shower was cold, some days it was slightly above cold. Room was freezing, and very damp. I would wake up and my clothes would be wet. However, once I realized room heaters were available these issues became much more manageable.

Location was good, bed was comfortable, and staff were very kind, super friendly, and always willing to help. And when I was unable to book a train ticket for the following day, one of the reception staff booked it on his personal credit card, without hesitation, or even a discussion about how I would pay him back. Amazing 🙌

It could be cleaner and some elements renovated especially in the bathroom.

Kind and very helpful staff, early check-in without extra charge, view on the green trees, big window, fantastic location close to metro station and shops but in a quiet street, towels and bed linens changed daily.

Location near market (bazar). Old furniture, old linen - everything is old. Indian breakfast rather spicy
