I recently had a reservation at Hotel Stanley booked through Booking.com. According to my reservation, I had booked a Superior King Room with an area of 398 ft2. However, upon arrival, I was provided with a smaller room measuring only 301 ft2. This discrepancy was disappointing, as I expected to have the room type I had originally booked. Furthermore, the room description on Booking.com listed around 50 different types of facilities available. However, the room I was given had fewer than 15 facilities. This further added to my disappointment, as I did not have access to the amenities that were advertised.Booking.com had rated Hotel Stanley as a 4-star hotel, but my experience led me to believe that it was not more than a 2-star hotel. The disparity between the advertised features and what was actually provided left a negative impression. Additionally, I received an email from Booking.com thanking me for my review of the hotel, which I had not actually submitted. It came to my attention that the hotel staff had taken a picture of my booking confirmation and PIN code during check-in, and they had apparently used this information to submit a review on my behalf, rating their own hotel as a 10. As soon as I received this email, I immediately logged into my account and edited the review. Despite the disappointments I encountered, I must mention that the room service staff were friendly and provided satisfactory food service during my stay. Considering this, I would give the hotel a rating of 3 out of 10. Overall, my experience at Hotel Stanley fell below my expectations due to the discrepancies in room type and facilities, as well as the questionable practice of submitting a review on my behalf. I hope this feedback can help improve the hotel's services and the accuracy of information provided on booking platforms.

I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, and furthermore, they charged more than the booking price indicated. Despite our arrival being two hours later than the time specified on booking.com, our room was not prepared, causing us to be late for our scheduled meeting. This delay significantly disrupted our plans.

The hotel benefits from a convenient location, easily accessible from the airport. Traveling to the hotel from the airport is hassle-free and straightforward.

The experience was horrible. The was dirty and neighbours had their door open with loud music all night. No hotel staff bothered to ask them to stop. Felt unsafe, so didn’t say too much.

The hotel name is not as mentioned here. It's hotel paras and not the hotel paras mentioned on the Google maps. it's entirely different. The rooms not clean, facilities just not upto the mark.. I can go on and on and on.

Only thing I hated was Hotel Aamara runs in two name Hotel Milan and Hotel Aamara which was a bit confusing .....they don't provide towels like other hotels do

The hotel and room looks exactly the same as shown in picture The room were clean and big enough with proper ventilation and yepp ac etc was working fine ....also the staffs was good quite helpful and not judgy They provide with 1 free water bottle and a big cupboard also with chair and tables and bed was clean ...
