1) The Shower Water leaked out of the bath closet glass , that ran over the Toilet Basin and was basin area and made wet . This need to be repaired. 2) The Fridge did not work , we cannot keep the beverages chill. On Enquiring at the reception , they dint repair , but told some convincing reply. Not happy with the Dysfunctional Fridge. 3) The nearby building Construction gave us annoying noise of machines , during the day time - 8 AM till 5 PM. Not a good feel .

Nice Location within center of city , Nice large spread breakfast , the big super market right opposite , Good Ambient locality , the Swimming Pool (Though small , it serves a good purpose , !) Comfortable large bed with a Sofa beneath , Roof top Terrace for Dinner with a city view - , Nice neat bathroom . Worth about 90 percent of the charges. Like to come again

The check in was supposed to be 14:00hrs. We arrived at 15:00hrs, but the rooms were not ready. The cleaning staff were still cleaning the rooms when we got there. We had a 7hour journey to get to Mysore and we wanted to get to our rooms to freshen up. We had to wait until 16:00hrs for our rooms to be ready

Description says high room but can be on any floor. All ruby rooms (and some emeralds) face a construction site. No bar open or beer available. Glass sided pool means swimmers entertain diners.

Even they have 2pm checkin time. However, for the travelers reaching from out station in morning hours I.e. we reached around 11am and they just told about 2pm time. It could have been better if they would provide us a changing room rather than asking to use the common washroom for.

Rest of the staff was a bit lost english-wise. Breakfast was ok for the price but not quite worth it. Wifi did not work during the night.

Well placed with good shops nearby. Robert was very helpful and accomodating.

Fridge was not working. Bathroom door lock had issues. Toiletries and refreshments were not provided as per number of persons booked for the room.

The fridge available in the room is not working. Even after many requests they not mined. The glass doors of the bathroom is not properly fixed. No handle for the same. No food menu or available service itinary in the room. Even shaving kits were suplied on request. However hotel staff are courtious.

Only con was everyday you need to activate your key to step into your room,it gets deactivated everyday after we return at EOD

House keeping in the hotel was cleaning the rooms everyday and changing the dorms in the room.The lighting was so good and centralized ac control provided.

The food options offered by the hotel are very limited. They could include more options.

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful and courteous. Location is great all sight seeing spots are nearby and easily accessible. Lot of food options available around the place.

The way front desk people greeted us. It could be more polite. Balcony floor was not clean. Swimming pool could have water temperature regulated.

Location is close to railway station. Rooms were spacious and food was good.
