Everything was spacious - the lobby, the corrridor, the room and the wash room. This was a pleasant surprise. The room and wash room were very clean. In room dining is available. The continental grilled fish I ordered in my room was excellent. The rooftop restaurant offers a pleasant change in ambience with a touch of the outdoors and is perfect for a quiet, romantic evening with a refreshing drink (cocktail or mocktail) far from the city crowds. If one wishes to visit the legendary Mavalli Tiffin Room (MTR) to sample traditional South Indian snacks and food that Bengaluru is famous for and to spend time in sprawling gardens like the Lal Bagh, I would recommend this hotel. It is close to the regional passport office, MTR & Lal Bagh Botanical Gardens. I visited each of these for business and pleasure. If one loves nature and South Indian food, this hotel is walking distance from two legendary Bengaluru landmarks - Lal Bagh and Mavalli Tiffin Room (MTR). Overall, Springs Hotels and Spa is worth a visit.

Accommodated straight away after an early arrival by Jason, the night manager. Beetle Juice, a rooftop bar and restaurant, provided a good service by Ravi and his team. Also, excellent views around Bangalore city

Wifi on 2nd floor was basically unusable. Not a temporary problem either as I was there three days. The location isn’t prime but it’s okay.

Clean, safe and comfortable and the small pool was good for a dip. Enjoyed the rooftop bar too.

I arrived early morning of 24 and the front desk manager was not as accomodating and displayed displeasure that I was checking in at that time. Despite my request that I pay additional amount so I can check in he was at first hesitant to do so but later on after almost 2 hours he decided to give me a room. He didnt like to open the light in the lobby and not at the same time it was not well ventilated. I asked if they had airconditioning or a fan at least but he proceeded on answering me, "why do you need fan?" I found his demeanour unpleasant knowing guests should be treated in a hospitable manner.

The internet was not reliable, the speed was quite low and it disconnected me quite often. They are probably heating the water from the sun, so you should forget about having hot water in the morning. However, even when there is warm water, you have to wait for quite a while for it to reach you.

Very big and clean room, nice view to the backyard (rather than noisy street, which is often the case in India). I liked the friendliness of the personel during my breakfast, they were very eager to help. For the breakfast there was quite a big choice of meals, although there were not so many people in the dining hall when I was having mine. The personell also helped me to oder a car to reach the airport in comfort and with no issues. There were also some handy things in the room and the bathroom: comb, toothbrush, needles and threads, pins and clips as well as shoe polish.

Breakfast: can be improved Wifi: not fast at all. Its a crawling wifi. Sad. Plus, I have to relog-in again and again because it keeps getting disconnected. Fortunately, I have phone data. I needed internet because I will take an exam. Sadly the internet speed did not deliver. Lobby: No AC. Feels warm inside. Room: my room reeks of smoke even if it was supposed be a nonsmoking room. (I'm a NONsmoker so I can definitely detect it. Plus I've been to many hotels before so I know if it was contaminated) they offered to spray an air freshener to mask the scent. Aircondition: Needs BIG improvement, it's not cold at all! Supplies: slippers not provided on the spot. So I have to especially call for this.

Staffs are courteous. Especially in the dining room area. Prices: are reasonable The bar on the top floor is good. This hotel is better than the other hotels nearby.
