Didn't get Breakfast with my booking since it was through Booking.com. if directly booked with the Hotel it was inclusive of BF. The room tariff is on 24 hrs basis from the check-in time whereas I was not extended this benefit. I checked in at 6 am on 30th and had to check out at 12 noon on 31st due to this and i had to incur additional cost somewhere else for the rest of the 12 hours. Also, the room tariff across the counter was much cheaper than Booking.com rate despite BF included & 24 hrs based rate.

The room had a problem of AC not working properly. I was allotted another room with good AC, though the room was smaller. We were comfortable post shifting to the new room. Location was good with many restaurants available nearby. Non-smoking is another good thing in all the rooms.

Not so clean rooms. Broken switches and staff were not much interested to help.

Location of the hotel is perfect with all amenities at walkable distance. A restaurant is available on the ground floor which was handy. Underground parking is also provided. Overall a decent stay.

The intercom didn't work at the time of need. There was no towel in the room, no paste also . A/C was ok.. Despite keeping ac the lowest temp the room was okish cool.. Mainly the mosquitos in the room was horrible.... The bed was horrible... It's was a soft mattress but small in thickness so when you sleep it feels like sleeping on a cot...

I was able to extend my stay at the same price that was mentioned in booking.com.. Good wifi ..

The hotel provided exceptional breakfast and dinner options, and the availability of early morning refreshments from 6 am enhanced our overall experience. While initially lacking kettles in the room, the hotel promptly accommodated our request and provided one.

Bed was way too soft. Bath towel was very flimsy. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Window looked out at a wall. Quite a noisy location.

Stayed 4 nights in February. Check-in and staff OK. Room reasonably clean. Had usual facilities: a/c, hot water, good wifi, bottled water, toilet paper. Some natural light. Reasonably handy to city centre and Rock Fort. Hour walk to the big temple. Good restaurant next door.

Hotel didn't provide Family room and gave us two separate rooms. Towels were less, Fan and cot are noisy which must need impressive.

Parking was a big issue. They do have basement parking but very limited space. Parking inside sometimes can be challenging.

Some dance practice was allowed beyond 9 pm, which was a disturbing the sleep. Except for one staff, others were not polite and attentive.

The staff Gopi was very polite and did the best of the services that he could do.

No emergency light available, if we switch off light, all lights have gone. Few bugs are there.

Room is spacious and good, AC is good. They have provided water bottle, soap, shampoo. Iron box have been provided on request. Breakfast is excellent
