Always ask them to fix the ac. We planed to to Agra to watch Taj Mahal and Agra fort. Unfortunately hotel provided a driver who cannot understand any English word. Driver only took us for watching Taj Mahal. Hotel management apologised from us and reduced the travel cost. Be aware when you pay money. We had very bad experience with that also.

Rooms are little bit ok with cleanliness. In the staff member Vicalp help us a lot When the problem comes. He is the only one person there with smiling.

Staff's way of talking sounded tad rude Washbasin water was flowing openly into bathing area. Wasn't repaired or given a new room

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like anything about the hotel, unfortunately it’s kind of hidden and for new people they ask you time of arrival, so some arrangements can be put in place to guide the travellers. I would rather give 10/10 as females we were kind of worried a bit.

Very convenient for Rail travellers… opposite New Delhi Railway Station platform 1,I was travelling with my sister in law and was contacted regularly since the booking, very kindly hotel sent a staff member to receive us as we arrived late at night. This was a great help. Within walking distance. Hotel is being refurbished, clean beds tea coffee facility, staff couldn’t help enough. Very professional and next morning we needed some help to reach our bus and again, they were very helpful . In fact I was very reluctant to stay in Delhi as my previous experience hasn’t been that great. Very good value for money .

Space was a little conjusted according to 4 adults because 2 adults and 4 adults room sizes are same. Hotel does not have their own kitchen so you cannot expect cups and plates Hotel is between a market so buildings are close with eachother so cannot expect a good view. Price is not same for all.

There is nothing to like in this hotel. The room images they show on booking.com is quite different when you actually enter the room. I guess its just good photography to make rooms look better. the location of the hotel is good, quite close to station but in a crowded gali. Coming to my reservation part, I had my breakfast included in my room booking and I paid extra for that but the food I was offered as breakfast as part of the package was PATHETIC. HOTEL GUYS BROUGHT IN BREAKFAST FROM STREET VENDOR. I was offered bread omelette and tea as breakfast. I couldn't even finish one slice of bread as its was so BAD. I guess oil was cooked in the food rather than food cooked in oil. Despite paying extra, I got WORST possible food at the hotel. I couldn't even dare ordering lunch and dinner at the hotel. Room service is NON-EXISTENT at this hotel. While heading out in the morning, I handed over my room keys for house keeping. When I came back late at night, my room was still in the same MESS when I left it. When asked about this at reception, the guy casually enquired about it from hotel staff and then laughed it off as if nothing happened. I wouldn't set foot in this hotel ever. Dirty linen, stained bed, torn duvet cover, no amenities given in the room. No functional credit card machine to pay. Only cash transaction. Poor & broken bathroom fitments, all making u feel like staying on a walkway.

Nothing much, besides the staff coming on the road to show me the way to the hotel when i reached, the property has an elevator & the air conditioning worked.

When we arrived nothing was ready and we arrived at 7pm usually the room should be ready at 3pm. The bedsheets were dirty. In the hotel some where smoking.
