I needed somewhere to hang my washing and there was no clothesline, so had to borrow several coat hangers and ad lib with the pipes on the rooftop. Rooftop was a little untidy and I used this as my open air haven, would have liked some chairs/table to relax on. This part of the building could be a big drawcard

The food was really good, especially the mukhani dahl! Breakfast was great.

The hospitality, the services, the kids game room, the cordial staff, the location - away from the noise, the hygiene, the common kitchen et al. This is my second stay at the property and so happy that they have retained the positives since last 3 years.

There were noisy guests for a couple of nights who woke me up but what to do? Hotels seem plagued by people who don't respect the rights of others.

It is in a superb location for exploring the city. Staff very helpful Lovely seating areas with travel agent attached to help if you need assistance I was a little chilly having arrived from Goa but they immediately provided a heater for my room

Rooms are small in size.. it is not very comfortable to move around in room if you have luggage.. space constraints..

Nice staff, a bit small but clean and functional rooms. It might do well to install a better ventilation in the bathroom, but more for the future perseverance of the hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Only criticism was the water pressure was a bit weak in the shower and we had to leave it on for a few minutes before it would start to warm up.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself is very unique with lots of common areas and amenities to make any length of stay comfortable. Room was cozy and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. They provided airport pickup and helped us arrange a trip to the border for the border ceremony, both of which were via their go to taxi driver Rahul, who is extremely friendly, with great advise on how best to experience amritsar and full of information, so Id recommend his services. Good location about 15 minutes walk from the golden temple or less than 10 mins in a rickshaw. Although the actual street is otherwise a little quite. Food is freshly cooked and delicious (both dinner and breakfast), with plenty of options. Plus they even managed to get the fifa world cup on the TV for me.

The ambient of the Room is good. Rooms are smaller than the average. Interior is so well done that u do not feel claustrophobic. Room service okay okay House keeping great No working telephone 😂😂 Location is a concern.. Reception. Beautiful Team great Recommended if u r not claustrophobic...

Reluctantly I’m afraid I have to say the downstairs area and stairs up to the first floor had very poor ventilation and the air quality wasn’t good. Whatever the problem was I don’t know but I had to try and hold my breath going up and down stairs. The first floor was fine, as was my room . There was also some concerns about exposed wiring.

It had a relaxing ambience and provided a decent breakfast. The staff were great.

Lovely little hotel close to all the Amritsar sites (golden temple, museums etc). Staff are super accommodating and the room was cosy and clean! They provided a heater for us free of charge as well on request!

We were a group of 12 who had booked 6 rooms. The hotel staff and I communicated many times via phone and message prior to our arrival. When it came time to check out on the second day, the hotel staff informed us that their credit card machine was not working. It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional to (1) not inform us ahead of time that the credit card machine was not working, (2) only accept cash, and (3) expect us to have such a large amount of cash on us. We had to pool all of our money together to make the payment in cash. This ended up leaving almost the entire group out of most of their cash, and we still had a whole day in the city. This was the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had a hotel and I do not think I will revisit this location after the unprofessionalism seen. I also received a bill from booking.com and was required to enter my credit card information when I made the booking. However, the staff told me the payment online from booking.com did not happen. Therefore, I had to pay booking.com in advance when I purchased the room, and then in cash again when we checked out.

The room was nice and the breakfast was great.
