Our room did not have a water bottle nor induction electric cook top. But the other had. Not briefing about the facilities like even water. I had ordered for a coffee but did not receive it at all. I requested for an extra bed but was turned down by saying that they only have limited extra beds and it is over. I had requested for a double bed room but got a twin bed.

Trees around invites few insects to the balcony, thats on natures request. But they have provided the mosquito doors which i missed the first night to use. Some provisions to food should be made. Nevertheless had multi options on food aggregators 24/7. Its residential but never an issue, as people mind their business.

Property was very neat and clean. Staff were very welcoming & supportive, i remember the ones like Abhishek, Binod & few including security on duty who were very accommodating every request of mine. Felt like less time spent though i had stayed two nights and my late checkout request. I was glad and super delighted. Wish many appreciations gets recorded than being felt. Sure all would love the property. Appears to be a posh and well developed locality.

Absolutely nothing. Booking.com advertisement advises that the property is 6km from New Delhi airport and the property provides a paid for shuttle service. I booked the property due to this and the reviews on Booking.com. When i had booked i contacted the property to ask for the shuttle service and was advised via email that they did not provide one. They also said that the property was 14km from the airport. I contacted Booking.com to advise of this and am still waiting on a response from them. I would never have booked the property if i had known it was 14 km from the airport and no shuttle service was provided. We couldnt cancel as we would have been charged the full price of the booking. On the day we arrived from Goa my husbands suitcase had been lost so we did not arrive at the property till 8pm. I tried to contact the property on both numbers provided but both of them advised were out of service. On arrival we explained our situation and that we needed to order a taxi to take us back to the airport in the morning as we were catching an international flight home and needed to pick up the lost case. THE LADY ON RECEPTION SAID SHE COULD NOT ORDER US A TAXI. This property is not in a tourist area and we had no means of getting a taxi as we had been unable to download the Uber app or the other one that people use. This lady was adamant that she couldnt order us a taxi. I showed them the advertisement on booking .com and eventually the guy who was there phoned someone and said that they would take us to the airport at 7am but would charge us an extra 300 rupees than it had cost from the airport. As we needed the taxi we agreed to this. When we got in the room it was filthy. We were provided with a heater as the room was freezing, but no plug which would fit the sockets in the room…( our plug sockets we had brought with us couldn’t accommodate this heater either.) i went to the reception and was then given a socket to be able to use.

Extremely disgusting people come to stay over there during my visit. Youngsters next to my rooms were having an extreme level of alcohol, smoking and extremely loud music. They played it at full volume till morning 3:00 am. After multiple complaints hotel staff was unable to do anything. These people should hand over to authorities. Please don't go to them until they have strong measures for such nuance.

1. Poor Wifi - I had to take a few work calls and meetings from the place, and I struggled big time. The wifi would work only on one device at a time, which doesnt make any sense. 2. No TV recharge - After multiple follow ups, they did the recharge but was a basic one which had only a handful channels covered. 3. No work desk in the room - For people who need to work from the place, it is diffucult.

full marks for cleanliness, the breakfast served was good as well.
