I recently stayed at this dormitory & had a wonderful experience. The property boasts excellent amenities, including WiFi & food facilities, although I didn't personally try the food, so I can't speak to its quality. However, the availability of nearby small restaurants & a medical store right in front of the property ensured convenience for any needs. The host was welcoming, & the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it's a highly recommended option for a comfortable & convenient stay. ✌️

For now a bit of a rowdy cooler for the hottest nights in the dorm, but adding AC might hike up the very reasonable rates. Guests in the balcony must be more considerate about sleeping guests in the dorm but that is something the family cannot always control.

So many things to like. Above all, the family is extremely attentive, caring and quick to respond to a traveller's needs. The dorm is very comfortable even when it gets hot outside. Spacious lockers. Facilities for preparing own meals in the dorm, on request. Good geyser in shared bathroom. Plenty of plugpoints close to beds. Regular room cleaning and very quiet surroundings. Responsible garbage disposal. Washing is available at cost, with free terrace drying, shared fridge, kitchenette, water purifier, outdoor seating both covered and open. Close to all kinds of shops like a pharmacy, a dairy, a barbershop, an eatery, a fruit stall, a swimming pool, a market, a tailor. Lights of Mussoorie can be seen sparkling by night. All kinds of travellers stayed during my stay, from single foreigners to families with children. Very safe for solo women. Reasonable wifi, good mobile tower access. They help everyone in every possible way, including nesting birds on the premises. Saw them care for a foreigner like family. Felt like staying at a family friend's place, there was so much warmth from the hosts.

We love the quiet location, the balcony and roof terrace and best of all, the kind and generous family who own and run the homestay. The small restaurant next door serves fabulous Indian food which can be delivered to your room and everyone in the local community is very friendly. Highly recommend.

The dormitory rooms stay a little bit warm at noon.

Cleanliness in the premises was very good. Location was also good everything is available within 1-2 km area. There was also a small restaurant inside the premises that provides good food at nominal charges. The one thing that I have liked the most is that property is a very quiet place and there was no disturbance. One of the best place for solo or group travelers to stay in Dehradun. The mussoorie hills are also visible from the terrace.

I feel more options from the restaurant would be good . there are not much eateries around the stay , so if you could improve the options in the food it would be better

liked everything infact there was nothing not to like to be very honest . i feel everyone should actually pack their backpacks and stay here instead of other places .

Location was quiet . Peaceful . food was great . amazing taste . best for backpackers or for work stay . Hill View and nice & cold . Comfort at its own level . The owners were great . Very helpful including the food stall outside the stay . Wifi. fridge. water . geyser . western toilet . comfy bed . side table. balcony. view . ventilation , so much more . . . ! you name it they have it . best price . good people - always helpful with whatever you need.

The people here especially Surendra Kumar uncle was so helpful and there is a restaurant on the building where they serve you to the common area.
