1) Very expensive: the tea (cutting chai) offered was not even good and priced at 130 rupees. 2) Buffet: not many options. 3) On checkout: the staff forced us to write feedback in front of them and he was also arguing that we give them the best rating. 4) We earlier had booked for 20th april but later modified to 21st april (confirmed by booking app) but the hotel management said it's only till 20th april and for 21st april, they were charging us 10,000 INR more than what booking app mentioned.

1) Staff were very hospitable: our kid did vomiting twice and they came quickly and cleaned off.

We were disappointed to find that the bathrooms were quite small and not as clean as expected, especially considering the reputation of the hotel chain. This aspect could use some improvement for a more comfortable stay.

The location of the place was excellent, complemented by the hardworking and attentive staff. We enjoyed delicious food and their efforts to ensure every guest's comfort were notable. Special mention to Karthik at the travel desk for his exceptional service and helpfulness throughout our stay.

1, other Dining bills were put in my name. It took 30 minutes to correct it. 2, bathroom Door knob is clumsy, children finger may get stuck. 3, bathroom size very small 4, Matreess is old and isn't upto the mark although I did not have sleep deprivation.

Other guest creating noise at late night created disturbance while accessing their rooms. Staff should educate them to be sensible enough to take care of other’s comfort as well

The dinner buffet is way overpriced for the quality of food we received. The quality of food was mediocre. We ended up going to a local restaurant for an exceptional dinner the next day for less than half the price. Skip the dinner buffet.

Masala Cheese omelettes could have been made better. The kids play area to have more options Rooms and bathrooms definitely need proper cleaning.

The locations is awesome with fantastic views .The breakfast spread was good but could have added more items. Food is very tasty must thank the chefs for their delicious making. Staff were very friendly. Anumol from housekeeping , Nithin who helped us from the restaurant and billing and Mr.Aftar who has been very friendly and Karthik the guest relations manager who was very patient to take the few feedbacks we gave. We had a wonderful stay at Ooty with friendly people all over the place.!!!

We arrived at 6 pm and upon arrival we felt unwelcomed. We did not see any staff smiling seeing us, We felt unwelcomed. We were in one of the privileged suites where bed could be better. The bed was not at all comfortable at all. We stayed for 3 nights out of that we could not sleep properly for 2 nights. On second day when we reported the matter to the front desk we were told they cannot do anything as all beds are same. I was surprised at this response. However on the check out they told us that they will look into that, but we had lost our 2 nights sleeps and developed back pain by then. It took 55 mins and 4 calls for the bellboy to come for the luggage.

The view from the hotel was amazing. Size of the room was good. Breakfast options were amazing. Tea stall, on a roof side where you can get a breath taking view, was cheery on the cake. Play areas for kids were amazing. One indoor and one outdoor. my Kids really enjoyed. We took 3 dinners at the property and the food was very good and more than that the service staff in the restaurant were really amazing. I must mention the lady Tulika, she is exceptional in hospitality.

Taxi service provided by the facility , delays, non clean and appropriate vehicle. Non - English and Hindi speaking driver. Lack of cleanliness of tables and lack of prompt service in restaurant.

The towels and bed cloths in the rooms need an immediate upgrade to new ones. Wifi was slow and only the first connected 2 gadgets gets connected, even in a family suite with 5 people.

The approach to the hotel was excellent. The flowers and various plants gives you a good feel. Location was good and the staff were quite courteous. We enjoyed the evening Tea and hot Bhajji’s prepared at the lawns / sit out area.

The place is understaffed & run mostly by trainees. Most of them seemed totally lost and some complained to us that they were underpaid and overworked by the management. Dining experience was AWFUL with insufficient servers. The 2 servers for the entire hall were very irritable and did not offer any help, even to provide glasses or drinking water for the table. Food was not refilled on time. Dosa/omelette counter was flooding with people and the chef was incapable of serving anyone. Room service took hours! Dining & room service were very disappointing.
