How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Tina is a very nice host, very prompt and helpful. The apartment was very bright, cheerful and well maintained. It had all the basic facilities that one might need to stay there for a long holiday. The location is also nice and quite in the midst of a lot of greens and not very far from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in Goa hosted by Tina, and it was truly delightful. Tina was there to welcome us when we arrived, which immediately made us feel at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed, which was a huge plus for us as we love preparing our own meals. The attention to detail was evident and added a special touch to our experience. The only downside was the internet connectivity in the area, as it wasn't very reliable. However, this minor inconvenience was far outweighed by the overall positive experience we had during our stay. We were able to disconnect and truly enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Tina's hospitality and the comfortable, well-maintained apartment made our trip truly memorable. We look forward to returning for another visit in the future!

Unavailability of washing machine
Everything was good except there was no washing machine as i was traveling with a small children and has to wash clothes many times. Overall good experience. Host was very helpful

A very beautiful place do not think twice to book it. It was very pleasant stay and cleanliness met all my expectations the view was awsome with the surroundings. The host was very kind and very approachable. A full on thumbs up for this property

Overall, we had a great experience staying in Feild stone apartment. So we confirmed the stay from Booking.com earlier when we did booking we were little tensed about our booking but the owner sent us email confirmation. She was incredibly helpful and her coordination was fab, also the amenities were great. It exceeded our expectations. The room was wonderful, clean and very comfortable also had a common pool and perfect to celebrate a weekend stay. They were extremely accommodating for 3 people and also owner allowed us to check in early at like 11am. Also interim she was calling and checking with us during our stay. Just one important feedback will suggest to do a wifi set up which will then call it as complete amenities. I highly recommend this apartment stay for anyone visiting South Goa because it's also have a Varca beach access say in 10 mins also have cafe's, hotels, medical and beautiful church in walking distance.A must visit if you are looking for a good and peaceful time.

Nothing as such.
The hosts were extremely helpful, generous and went out of their way to make me comfortable. There was some issue in the appartment complex, and they went over an above to resolve it so that I can have a comfortable stay. Honest, helpful and very very friendly. The lady spent an additional day to clean when i made a request for it. No charges for it. Very friendly and great value for money.

nothing major, a mosquito net for the balcony would help, so that balcony door could be kept open in the evenings also.
the apartment was very clean and tidy, the location is very good. good option for work for home. the amenities provided were great, almost all appliances included. only one fan was not working. host is also very helpful.

Clean functional flat. Close to the main road (750.mtrs) from Varca church. Field stone as a property was quite, clean and well maintained. Got a scooter with the help of the property owner which good and economical. Closer to reach Madgoan market within 15 mins. Shops and stores all present within the Varca main road area. Had all the kitchen amenities like microwave, hotplate, water-filter, kettle plate spoons etc. Good value for money.

The pool is more less just for showcase, constructed right in front of the building. Exterior look of property might not be so great per say but the interiors are good. Need to order food from zomato/swiggy, which is again fine though

Without vehicle you can't go anywhere. Little isolated. We stayed for three days, the stay was good but at night the bathroom was full of insect..request the owner to do something for that
Room was very good with all facilities..The owner was also good and cooperative. It was a 1bhk room had fridge, tv, ac, microwave, induction with all vessels for making food (frying pan, khadai, plate , spoon etc). Very clean rooms. Outside the complex, there is Pereira shop for wine and alcohol and also a shop for daily needs(milk, bread etc)

Too far from places we visited, Netravali, Cabo de rama. Nearby beaches we did not visit, hence not sure. Lot of time wasted in travelling hence unable to cover few more places. Slim chance of getting a taxi to station, almost missed the train.
Liked how the apartment was clean and fully equipped with kitchen utensils, tools and such things. Owners were nice. Place was peaceful with lights, parking, swimming pool.
