Many things.. 1) Drinking Water: Unlike most service apartments we have used in NCR, this one doesn’t have a water filter for drinking water… one is dependent on bottled water which can be a challenge during the summer time! 2) Access card: although they have digital locks, they refuse to provide a second access card, even though you are staying as a family. Very inconvenient and unusual!😞 3) Gym facilities: The property has a gym it’s chargeable and their is no special rates for long term guests. As the streets have numerous vendors, stray dogs and pollution, it’s desirable to have some arrangement for the access to gym

I wish I just book for 3 nights because when we did early checkin at 0600am , we were charged 4000 INR which is more for the charge for a night. The linens and sheets could be better. Hair dryer could be improved as well.

We really like our stay in this apartment. They have a restaurant in the building and the food are great and cheap. Try their buttered chicken and honey chili chicken. The room is spacious and very clean. They will ask you daily if you want housekeeping service. The staff are great and helpful, though they are not fluent in English they will try their best to help you. Check in process was quick and easy. No hidden charges. The location is great as well. Close to multiple malls and fast food restaurant. Room has 2 airconditioner.

Stuff is not aligned together. Extra charges for no reason. The furniture is smelly, bad is too short form my 190 cm height.

Somehow friendly stuff after you know them for a while, yet they mainly care about their benefits. Lack of customer experience, you are yet another customer to them.

-staff are very collaborative and respectful, room very clean with good odor, bed is so comfortable, bathroom prepared with all equipments required for shower and other things, and i really like the food its so tasty especially " chicken tikka masala ". - i highly recommend the NCLEX examiners to book with bedchambers its near to timetower almost 100 meters from the property.

The staff start calling for check-out at 9 AM while their check-in time for next guests is 2 PM. They lie about their next guests waiting and spoil your morning sleep. Who needs 4 hours to make up a room?! Pathetic service in this regard even after requesting politely for a 12 PM check-out.
