Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

India1. Cleanliness and hygiene is a big issue. The apartment needs a super deep cleaning specially in the bathroom and bed linens. 2. Washroom has leaking commode and pipes. 3. Worst bathtub ever saw and did not feel like using it. 4. WiFi is a bit slow even though it's a 5G. 5. Super noisy at night till 2 am regularly. 6. No carpets on the freezing floor. Carpets can be put on the floor during November to February winter time.
1. Good hospitality, They waived off the electricity charges, but charged INR 1300 for late check-out at 3 pm. 2. The area is easily accessible and close to Huda/ Millenium City Metro. 3. Vyapar Kendra Market is 10 mins walk and has everything including eateries, vegetables, liquor and even doctors as well. 4. Gas connection, utensils, electric supply was good. 5. Peaceful during day time. No disturbance at all.

All i would say that I had perfect stay and no complaint during my stay .. everything was so far so good Also i would remarks them perfect as the staff are always available next to your step , very peaceful atmosphere and nice ambient, Loved the place because of the premium furniture nice and saperate kitchen with all utinsels there DTH wifi always works perfectly fine so Recommended to everyone thier excellence.

IndiaThe AC was working at about 30% efficiency, took a lot of time to cool the room.
The place was really clean and was in a quiet locality making the stay very comfortable. All the amenities were available as promised. Moreover, the staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
