Nothing as such

It was easy to reach this guest house, just 600 meters from ring road. Staffs were very polite and friendly (I forgot to ask their name, I think one was Manu. Special Thanks to him who was available during my check-in and Manu who was friendly all the time and during check-out also). It's getting newly painted, so in next couple of days it will be very nice. My check-in was hassle-free and stay was good. Ample parking space is available around property and inside the gate as well. I did not use their food service, so I can't comment on that. If I go to Mysore again, definitely I will book this guest house only. Overall very good experience compared to my worst experience previously with Oyo Rooms. You can book this property without second thought if you are looking for a budget friendly stay.

The standard double rooms are very small. There is less than 1 feet of space on either side of the bed to get onto the bed. Also, in the night, we could hear a lot of noise from the table and kitchen area, which was next to the room.

The guesthouse is clean and well maintained. The staff are prompt and helpful. HT road is peaceful.

Early check in facility should be there as 1400 hrs is too late. Bath stool and wiper may be provided. Don't expect any view. It's roadside corner guest house

Seemed like staff were keen on following up with the balance amount. I understand advance should be paid to confirm the booking which I did but following up for balance as soon as we reached the stay wasn't very welcoming. However, I made my stand clear on the balance payment and they obliged.

Location was at a calm and quiet place away from any pollution and noise. Even though there's not any scenic view felt homely and very comfortable. All facilities as mentioned in booking.com available.

The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. And the staff was really helpful and room service was very good. The location of the room was very good and calm.

The overall maintenance of the facility and the rooms needs to improve. The Bathrooms were clean but the fittings' maintenance needs to improve. The absence of a Door bell was felt. The pantry also requires some maintenance.

The Location is good, very near to the Ring Road, quiet residential locality. The behaviour of the staff was very courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean. Considering that this is a Service Apartment, the pricing we received was very competitive.

They do not provide breakfast. Also the TV connection contains only free to air channels. After a day long travel if you need to engage kids with cartoon or something the TV was of no use.

Location was good. It had a park right in front which was good to explore. Also Mysore city destinations were within 8 km and there was no problem finding ola cabs to them. The only issue was when we had to go outstation to srirangapatnam. No cab was available at short notice. If you plan to mainly travel outstation this place is great if you have your own vehicle. Staff was helpful and courteous.
