The so called cottage was just a room with a verandah with no separate living room as described on booking.com.The concierge said they only had " cottage rooms" and no actual cottages on the property.He blamed the wrong description on booking.com The intercom was dead throughout.

The view from the room and proximity to nature made up for the disappointment of not actually getting a cottage accommodation. The food was good and the staff were prompt and courteous

Hotel is about 15kms before actual Lansdowne.

As this on the way to Lansdowne, anyone can find the property very easily. Forest View from hotel was mesmerizing.

Location is something I wont be able to rate high. It was very far away from lansdowne and being located on the road sound of traffic was disturbing at times. Also I booked it through booking.com and that costed me much higher than actual price offered by hotel especially through web discount.

I stayed in the cottage 308 for 5 nights.. it was spacious, clean and had positive vibes. This one comes with a balcony with mountain view and another covered balcony with glass covering with mountain view. I used this section as yoga room and loved doing my practice there. Staff is very cordial and attend to your requests quickly. Room has lovely decor and contains all needful amenities. Toiletries of good quality are provided.

Breakfast buffet option was not so good. Washroom of our room was quite smelly and even after spraying the room freshener the smell didn't go till the time, we checked out of the property. The cleanliness was not up to the mark.

The A-La-Carte food options were very tasty. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We stayed in the cottage room. The room was too big and spacious. The location is one hour before than the main Lansdowne but the plus point is no rush and traffic here. Central Lansdowne was extremely cold.

Location - very far from the main city and tourist points. Warmer compared to main Lansdowne. Noisy due to location near highway. Cottages are part of the building and not separate. Below expectations.

Location, rooms and efficient staff with good homely food

Beautiful property in the Jungle with fantastic views all around. Service was excellent and efficient staff was cordial and friendly. Resort is run efficiently . I would rate it outstanding for location, food, and efficient management. Strongly recommend for must stay place on Lansdowne sector.

Nice property in terms of cleanliness. Have enjoyed the comfort, staffs behaviour & services. Perfect for vacation. Good choice for Lansdowne. We were upgraded to cottage though we have booked for premium room.

Water from rain water pipes from the terrace drops on the back lawn, which disturbs the guests sitting there. This should be checked and suitable remedial action should be taken. Rest all is fine as described above.

Excellent location. Tranquility at its best. Variety of indoor games, loved by children and other family members. Hotel staff is very polite, helpful and very quick to respond. Food and beverages were outstanding. Rooms are spacious and comfortable to move around, Excellent bathrooms. Nice lawns to have hot coffee and snacks. Reception staff is very helpful. A must for nature lovers. Money worth spent. No expectations for tips.
