Just a suggesstion - a few more food options in the breakfast buffet such as muffin, tea-cakes would be good.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the quality of food was really top-notch. The property is very well maintained with flowers all around. The beautiful terrace and the chirping of the bird in the morning has really won our heart. Thank you to the Team of Hotel SunGrace. The chauffeur service was good, from picking us from Airport, to site seeing and drop.

Nothing in particular.

I liked the balcony, which was not attached to the room though. Rooms are ok sized. Right next to the main road and a temple so lots of car noises and temple sounds. Hotel is a bit old, so a lil shabby and has damps on walls. Staff was very nice and prompt. And they have a courtesy pick up and drop to the mall road which is a saving grace because lots of dust and construction happening on the road.

Only issue is multiple flights of stairs which may be issue for elderly, in which case make sure to opt for rooms on first floor itself.

The views from terrace are splendid. The location is easily approachable with a private accessible parking. The food is very tasty. The staff are helpful and courteous. You can also enquire them about sightseeing cab service.

The staff was very cooperative and helped us a lot with scooty services, and itinerary. The stay is a complete worth for money and they also have a breakfast buffet facility. The food is delicious. The view from the hotel is great. It's a must recommend.

The only disappointment was they did not have a stable supply of hot water in the Bathroom . With 4 degrees cold to bear , their boiler system for heating the water with just 20 litres capacity was a limitation . Only half of my family could bath and the rest had to wait for 20-25 mins for the water to get refilled and heated again. So if you have a time bound plan to start your sight seeing activity , please keep a cushion of extra 30 mins , to get ready , if you are travelling with 4-5 members .

They have a nice dine inn restaurant that offers a nice spread of Breakfast . Dinner too was good . Staff is friendly . They offered to change my room , as I was not happy with the initial room . The new room had a great view , and the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable .

The rooms smelled weird (probably some chemical against termites) and heating in the rooms was not adequate for the winter temperatures. We stayed only one night of the two nights we initially planned.

Location was good, away from Mussoorie crowded places. Breakfast was okay. Staff is polite.

Property had small small quirks like not every room had heater (we had to ask for it), shower curtain would not go all the way down and this made the bathroom wet whenever someone showered, door locks are still old style physical locks instead of an automatic lock. Getting the hotel car to do a mall road drop off is tricky as the car is often not at the property.

No Elevators! You have to climb the stairs all the way to reach your room. But then, its fun to have some excercise!

The View! It is just awesome! The whole mountain range is visible from balcony. Specially the executive room is a perfect one to stay with family (if you have kids). It provides you a separate private big area for balcony.

The Mat in bathroom had hair clearly indicating the bathroom wasn’t prepared well to receive guests. Reception and overall hospitality could improve a bit and be more accomodating esp in low season when demands aren’t so high. The attitude of staff needs to improve with training. Also kitchen needs to learn what expresso means.

Floor was nice, room size and bathroom, desks and furnitures and overall set up was good.

1) I wasn't happy with family room which was on ground floor.. There was no view and I felt suffocated... Rather it was a 5 nights stay.. 2) room cleaning staff should be more diligent.. I had to call them for giving dental kit.. Then it did not have all elements... These r small things but at d end of the day they matter

1. Rooms were not sound proof, so noise from gallery and kitchen 2. Could not get a very good view from room. 3. Poor condition and narrow roads makes moving around difficult especially during weekends due to traffic jams in all popular sites. Govt should do something about this so that more people can enjoy the beauty of this place.

Mussoorie mall Road is not a walkable distance. But hotel provides free shuttle hence this problem can be easily overcomed
