The staff was courteous and very helpful. Mr. Niel the manager was very cooperative and kind. Location of property is good and has access to candolim beach by walking. Breakfast service was commendable.

It looked like my room wasn't available for two nights, and I was prepared to move on but fortunately the manager sorted the issue and I'm glad I stayed.

The layout and location of hotel are great for the cost. I had a ground level room with a verandah right next to the pool which was very convenient. The open air restaurant was pleasant for breakfast as well.

Good location...hygienic surroundings...comfortsble bed...nice pool.. decent breakfast. Proximity to some of tge best restaurants in candolim. Beach 2 minutes walk.

Room large well cleaned Air conditioning excellent. Decor a little tired but didn't spoil it at all. Shower lukewarm at times but in that heat it was perfectly fine for me

The breakfast was measly to say the least. Expected more variety. No juices was a big surprise. No intercom also

The location and the personalized care provided by Mr. Raj, the manager of the property were the best part of my stay.. Rooms are decent sized, clean and well ventilated. It's a smallish resort with rooms scattered in two floors and a small swimming pool to beat the heat. Food from restaurant is tasty though not extensive. Their in house Bistro was also also shut as most staff had gone for leaves. We enjoyed our stay there. I speak on behalf of the entire family group of 9.

The bathroom was a bit congested. The breakfast can be improved.

The breakfast or food in general was OK. The best part of the resort is Mr Raj. He was extremely helpful and courteous. The location is really good as the beach and the main road are just a few mins away from the property.

We were given the very side room which had a direct view of the dumpster, I mean normally it would be ok but given that when we checked in many good rooms were available on the pool side we could have been allocated those. Also the complimentary breakfast needs to be improved, they should add some juice, baked beans, egg option etc.

The room was big and clean with all basic equipment like cupboard, fridge, water heater, balcony etc. Bathroom was nice big and clean.

All things were at the par, but the breakfast menu needs to be upgraded, would be great if they can few more things to make it more European rather than north-y.. Overall, the breakfast was quite healthy.

Location was real close to the Candolim beach, and the property itself is quite spacious, the overall resort experience is fulfilled by this property.

Breakfast. Hotel can provide toilet kits.Should check the doors, taps, and other accessories before handing it over to the customer.

Brekfast could have been little more elaborate, toasts were cold, omlette was not prepared well, tea/coffee was warm not hot. Waiters were courteous, over courteous to some segment of customers. Manager of the property, is a one man show, always ready to cater to the needs of the customers. He is an asset for the resort. Cleanliness is well taken care.

The bathroom is need of refurbishment. It was ok but shower taps were in need of attention and the door needs replacing.

it’s a great location. Didn’t use the pool. Bistro restaurant on site was handy. Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss. TV had an Amazon fire stick attached but signal wasn’t great. The staff were great particularly the manager Raj and Neil who looked after the bistro.

Our first visit to goa was what I had imagined.The property was very good and so was the locations. The staff and the manager made our stay very comfortable.the beach was a walking distance and so was the market.it was easy to visit all the tourist attractions because of the locations. Taxis and car rentals are just a minute from the resort.
