Amazing stay. Best hospitality ever.

Limited choices of breakfast menu. Though they change the menu on different days. We booked two rooms with double beds. But in one room they joined two single beds to look it like double. The wall fixures were hitting the head every time head was being moved unmindfully. Internet was pathetic. We could not use it in one room at all, even after complaining.

Breakfast was ok. Not great or bad. The restaurant and food was good. The service was good. Value for money.

the hotel needs renovation, bed linen old, bathroom with infiltration and doors old too with wood all wet inside. the Wi-Fi internet does not work in several areas of the hotel. zero flexibility on an 1 hour late check-pout

The room and the bathroom was damp. Since there was huge rush during that time, it was evident that the room was cleaned very recently before the previous guests checked out and we checked in. There restaurant is highly rated on Zomato and Google. I ordered veg Thukpa which was good but the rest of the dinner wasn't that great. Plus the staff looked little lost while serving and keeping tabs of the orders. The restaurant experience didn't lived up to it's hype. The mattress of the extra bedding put in the room was pretty hard.

This is a 3-star property which has a big campus. There's a nice lawn to sit and for kids to play. Ample of parking space and the location is good too. The tea was very good and the room service staff was very courteous. The balcony in the room was good.

Housekeeping is really slow or many times they don't pick up calls. Cleanliness is not up to the standards.

Room size is good and spacious. Staff is very polite. Breakfast is good especially indian section.

Housekeeping was too slow to respond. Food needs to be improved a lot. Nearly spend more then 15k in 2 nights but I can assure you that this hotel had all qualities except few good cooks. Really unhappy with the food quality and service personnel. They kept on dropping food while serving. But overall I like the hotel because of its heritages. Regards Saby

Rooms had a worn down look. The server at the open garden restaurant was very very rude. Service was slow. If you really want to explore, Cantt is not the place to stay.

The bedsheets were probably due for replacement - they were clean, but old. The bathroom needed a proper clean.

Large comfortable rooms, amazing building, grounds and restaurant/bar areas. The spa was also terrific.

Finer aspects of maintenance was lacking like wooden flooring was broken at few places. Bathrooms were a little dirty and unkempt and required fresh coating of paint. Bath fittings were old and not very easily operable. Restaurant staff were not very polite and were very stern with no smile on their faces and looked as if they were least interested to serve you. Service was delayed and we had to remind them for even small things like water, napkins, plates, spoons, etc.

Property setting was good with a palace like feeling. It’s more like staying in a huge palatial bungalow or a palace rather than a hotel.

The room airconditioner makes the room humid. The single beds are too small. The cleanliness is not up to international standards. The hotel needs to painted and the infrastructure needs to be upgraded.

The palace looks and the secluded location is fantastic. The small garden with flowers 😂. it is a big property but doesn't appear crowded. Getting transport is hard. The taxis and autos rip you off. The restsurant ifood is very good especially the breakfast.
