Oh... it really was a bad hotel accommodation. Dirty bed sheets. When I asked to change them, the manager brought me one sheet, and although it was obviously washed, everything was stained. Dirty walls, old dusty curtains. I would like the photos and conditions to be honestly displayed in the description in advance...

There is a hole in the room floor corner,chances of mosquito bites.. While booking there was a option for free bike, which we did not get.

Shower was not working properly, no hot water xam be that they forgot to tell us. No landline, TV not recharged. Checkout time is mentioned at 12 but they tell you to do it by 11. I can understand they need to clean I can suggest that they can mention checkout at 11 this will solve the problem. Cupboards are noisy the hingis make noice.

Good location, good staff, helpful in arranging cabs and guiding us with area details. Has lift facility.

Excellent rooms, nice ambiance, friendly staff . They provided all items..as per expectations. Neat n tidy rooms with good conditioned washrooms, very near to Mysore Palace

Cons - All tho property is in great location you might not find great places to eat, Ashirvad grand and Maitri hotel are the only two hotels in the vicinity. -Location Mentioned in google maps of this property is slightly wrong if you're using ola/uber you'll get dropped somewhere else so be mindful to contact the property before reaching and getting the exact location, as I mention you can even put in JaganMohan palace as the location for your ola and uber and then navigate from there to the property. - no landline in the room so when you face disturbance from other noisy families checking in or to ask anything you have to call from your phone all the time for room service. A small addition of landline to the room would have been great. - The property all tho maintained well, still needs slight improvement. This property is suitable only for 1/2 day stay.

*Check in Experience* - if you're booking from booking. com kindly ensure to download the booking invoice and then check in, because you might be surprised when they tell a difference price but it's actually GST added. Right after we checked in there was a power cut of 2hours however the staff coordinated with us for everything and after that during our stay we didn't have any power cuts. *Bed linen* - it was slightly not clean but room condition was great comes with two washrooms which is perfect for a family stay. *Location* - property is just 100mts away from JaganMohan Palace which great if your visiting for tourist purpose, and also very close to railway station and other areas too.

I intimated them one day before the check out that I will do the check 20 mins late..when I'm checking out they asked me the extra amount 300 /20mins..but the actual cost is 800 per night ...when I intimated them they didn't tell me the extra amount charged..

There is no drinking water in the property. The drinking water should be available atleast at the reception for any emergency. Otherwise the stay is good.

The property is located in the centre of the city. It is worth for money. The receptionist Raju is very polite and respectful. There was no disturbance.even the property owner was good. Over all it was a good stay.
