Reception staff is not at all polite and infact they are not fit for that position! Especially ladies who are in reception.

Breakfast is okay but I don't like the service.

Staff behavior. Especially at reception - they need some training on how to behave and receive the guest.. They didn't respect you even you are feeling suffocating and even offer a chair.. More importantly they won't provide you the room before 2pm if u book online.. I think this must be changed.. There should be some adjustments here like , becoz guests may come different places, if u didn't offer a room like around 12, 1pm where they will go..? Pls consider and rectify these gaps..

breakfast was not good at all. when u r charging 150 for breakfast u can give very good breakfast and the quality of the tea was horrible. my suggestion is pl send ur manager to other hotels in other cities and ask him to observe how they are maintaining. cleanliness is not maintained in the room

Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly and not very helpful. While there was a hot kettle and cups in the room, there was no tea or coffee in the room.

The room had Kettle with Cups but No milk,Tea or coffee bags . When I asked for them,I got only tea bags and sugar sachets . No running hot water in bath room in the morning at 730am .. Called in the room service and tried the tap also for 5 min . The front desk said they will provide hot water in buckets which we received . Seems that this hotel uses Solar power for water heating also and hence not able to manage when more guests are residing .

Right next to the Hyderabad highway . Food at Restaurant was also nice . Could walk outside and access shops on the main road easily .

Poor maintenance. AC wasn’t working, toilet had some issues at the time of checking in. The AC was sorted later however. These should have been checked beforehand. No toiletries were provided until asked.

Rooms are small and no ventilation or exhaust in bathrooms or main rooms, so expect room to be all moist and sticky. Find out if the heaters are switched on before you go take bath, coz they don't have water heaters in individual bathrooms, they have one central heater, which is off and they would switch it on on request. Clearly old Sheets and pillows, better you put something on it before sleeping. Not a place you would want to go back, but you might have to,because that the only place available to book online in that town. Room service , specially kitchen no one answers, even if they do, don't expect it to arrive on time, you better go out and eat.

Rooms and clean enough to sustain but no ventilation. They provide buffet breakfast, not lavish but manageable.

The room was clean, but full of mosquitoes, to an extent that we felt we may fall sick. Water was not provided as complimentary. The DTH was not functioning. There is no food arrangement available in the hotel. The booking was showing as breakfast included. No proper car parking facility. Wifi is not provided. Overall he had very unsatisfactory experience. Only satisfaction was that the linen was clean, the room and bathroom were clean. I strongly suggest Booking. Com to consider these, not to jeopardize their reputation. I will never book or suggest this hotel, atleast during these pandemic times.

The linen and bathroom was clean. It is nearest to the business street. Hence we could get to eat.
