They need clean rooms frequently and need to take care of small cockroaches except everything was perfect.

I am in love with Sofi sir warm welcome and the way he helped in every aspect was truly amazing. The stay was like our own home and people are very kind. Sofi has good contacts locally so they recommended us good things in Hyderabad in terms of food and transport. I would recommend him and his stay if you are looking for accommodation in tolichouki or nearby area

Accommodation is very good but it is far from the city so the rental cars or autos demanded more fare to go anywhere. There are no restaurants in the location. So all the time my family have depends on swegy or Zomato's foods. No persons are located the location in with in a minute.

Accommodation is so nice moreover the staff is very nice and helpful. His behaviour is very pleasant . Any problem arises in the accommodation he solved very quickly. Such a nice man.

The beds were very uncomfortable with hard mattresses. Could do with toilet rolls and a few more glasses and big cups.

The manager was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. He was always at the end of the phone to help us, even when we, three ladies, were travelling home late in the evenings. The transport he arranged was also very good.

I am little bit uneasy with the location which was very interior (need to pass through narrow roads).

I am very many impressed by the caretaker Mr Sofie, who is there to help you in each and every situation. Overall stay of 2 days was very pleasant and calm.

Spacious rooms, clean flat, clean washrooms,AC working excellent,Fast WiFi, Free Parking, facility of service when needed round the clock.. Above all Host Mr SOFI is wonderful person.. always there to help you... Having command in several languages.

It’s not about ‘not liking’ but this is the only section provide to mention additional guidance 😂. Sometimes food delivery people don’t get the address but even then just walk down and get them to speak with Mr Sofi or any guard and problem solved 😀.

If there is an award for hospitality then host Mr Sofi (kind and very much human😊) and this place would be that standard and others would need to match that as it is tough to beat it. Place is amazing and feels like your own. Even the society members are so kind and jolly to speak with. Its an apartment with fully customized facilities e.g. need one or more rooms, with/without kitchen, with/without ac with super reasonable prices. Even if you have any facilities not mentioned or have any questions just call the property and I am sure Mr. Sofi can arrange something that works for you. If there is one recommendation to stay in Hyderabad then that would be this.

Bigger space in the flat. Clean and tidy. superb WiFi.service is excellent. Food delivery from all APPS. Free car parking. Good staff,.. Round the clock CCTV, Mr.SOFI is perfect Host, He will be there round the clock, Sofi has command of several languages and great knowledge of the city... worth visiting service apartments, value for money. I recommend to all.
