Loved everything about the place.

Everything about the hotel, staff, ambience and hospitality. Special mention to front desk Ms Smarika, Pool/Gym/Spa Bishal, Mou and Cal27 resturant Vikash, Priyanka, Felli and Binny and Arpan. All of them took extra care to make our stay comfortable and special.

The place needs repair. Tile roof needs replacing. And the awnings at the pool. The first room was the view of all this brokenness Our final room cost us an upgrade to get a better view.

Excellent breakfast buffet,wide choice of Indian cuisine with global favourites too.Fresh and wholesome spread every day.The attention of Mr Vijay and his team shone through every meal,their care and concern and the attention to details was noteworthy.The Senior Citizen of our group and the junior most toddler were treated with much warmth and concern by Mr Vijay and his team.The food was excellent.

Amongst five-star hotels, this is one of the best. The facilities and rooms are excellent, but what makes this hotel exceptional is the attentive and friendly staff. You never have to queue or wait for anything; the team is always keen to help.

Superb stay at the Taj Bengal. The staff were delightful and deserve real praise for their professionalism and customer service. We will return because of them. The hotel is immaculate and conveniently placed for a stay in Kolkata. Loved it.

Impeccable service as always. Taj Bengal is an oasis in the midst of Kolkata and feels akin to coming home. The family and I were returning to Kolkata for the first time following the pandemic and the stay at Taj made it all the more special. We were very grateful to the kind and attentive staff from the concierge to the check in staff and to those in its many restaurants who made our children feel included and welcome at all times & went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Thank you! Staff were always attentive without being intrusive which is a rare talent. Taj Bengal sets the benchmark for hospitality. We cant wait to return.

Well, no discount for a regular customer like us. Plus, the bed mattress hurts. You should get same mattress as Taj Varanasi..

The rooms are not uniformly good. Some like 405/7 and 111 are very good. Others are dimly lit or have poorly functional and old bathrooms

Staff is helpful and considerate. Ayanava at the reception was good.
