Advertised multiple restaurants but there’s only one Prioritised large groups over other guests Kids club manager was bad - didn’t engage with kids - sat on computer - poor kids club offering - shouldn’t bother Needs entertainment on a night Needs beach bar - more loungers -water sports offering High trees activity was lame- 1 small bridge - not worth it at all - play park just as good Own a local brewery - that’s lovely if you find it- but not offering that beer on tap - very strange Rooms small and desperate need of an update Had to fight to get enough beds in for our family and then no floor space

Getting out and about is tricky unless you book a vehicle in advance. Get a taxi from outside instead of Hotel’s transportation if you care about cost.

There was a delay in getting the food in the room. Which resulted in food getting cold when we ordered it in the room Some plumbing issues in the room

Given this is a 5* hotel, the bed I had in room 1072 was completely unacceptable... The mattress was obviously old and you could feel the springs and it was a double sold with twin beds pushed together with no mattress topper so you could feel the void between both mattresses... I expect more from a 5* hotel

the loft rooms are abit small, the baby chairs are not enough in the breakfast area, the pool attendant said my 3 year old cannot swim in the big pool. the Thai restaurant is very pricey.

the staff was exceptional, everyone was so sweet. the beach and the services and the extra mile the hotel went was amazing. the staff were so friendly towards the kids, towards us. the little things made so our stay so much better. providing beach toys for the kids, pool toys for the little ones, the activities room. there Is a pool for couples ( sadly we dint get a chance to use it. the spa services are amazing, there is a lady there ( geeta I think) she was so so sweet. they upgraded our rooms to face the pool.

The all inclusive dining facilities are dated and rather charmless. Would not recommend the all inclusive option (but the breakfast option fine). There are plenty of other facilities for lunch and dinner in and nearby to the resort

Superb resort with rooms located in small blocks in beautifully landscaped grounds. Fantastic swimming pools and easy access to the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Delightful stay and no hesitation in recommending this resort

Bed and mattress. The extra bed mattress was so thin that the iron was touching the back. Buffet at Caravella was cold specifically for vegetarians and don't get the attention needed.
