Very old property, and that is evident in furniture, bathroom fittings, restaurant decor, everything. Needs a facelift badly Buffet options are OK and repetitive.

Excellent hospitality. Free upgrade to beach facing villa. Good food with choice of 3 restaurants. Access and free shuttle to nearby Taj property, cocktail lounge and brewery Special thanks to property manager Mr. Shouvik Bhattacharya and management trainee Ms. Akankhsa.

Staff behavior and attitude. I had gastro problem after taking snacks in Seven Rivers Restaurant. It was reported to the manager but there was hardly any help.

We loved everything about our stay here. The ambience, the ease with which all formalities were done during the check in and check out, the personalized attention given to ensure we were well taken care of, the facilities, the excellent spread of food, the wonderful staff, the proximity to all the hot spots in Candolim... everything was too notch. A special shout out to Melvin at the Caravella restaurant who was exceptional in how he took care of us at meal times. He is an asset to the brand. This place is the perfect blend of class, old world charm and decadence. Would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Excellent staff and service, beautiful campus with beach access, spacious rooms. They have 4-5 restaurants within their space providing wide variety of dining options.

On site restaurant options really disappointing and no bar on site to sit and relax. Just a few random mismatched seats outside caravela but no service for food/ drinks. Main restaurant for breakfast an all day dining a bit tired. Beach house never seemed to be open. Banyan tree very good for Thai food. There is attached brewery and cocktail bar but have to leave complex. Lovely choice of restaurants at sister hotel taj fort aguada.

They haven't many options in deserts for vegetarians

We have liked everything.. The front desk service was amazing they complementary upgraded our room.. Tausif and team from housekeeping were amazingly good.. We enjoyed delicious vegetarian food at Caravella beach restaurant..

Food at Beach house during my stay. Would not recommend it. Also, loud music from adjoining room at midnight. However, the staff was quick to respond to my complaint. The music stopped within 5 min.

Staff were warm & hospitable. I fell sick on the first day due to my hectic travel schedule. The staff was proactive in helping my husband with the needed guidance & trip to pharmacy. I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay. Great property. Relaxing time.
