Got the Taj View room which honestly is not worth the upgrade as the hotel is not tall enough to rise above the buildings to have a clear view of the Taj. Also, the fog/smog makes the Taj more or less invisible for more than half the day. Wine selection needs an upgrade.

The rooftop pool was great and the food was excellent at both the restaurants we tried.

The cleaning was really not very good and not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We have a small child and after crawling around in the room upon arrival her feet and legs were black. Part of the floor was also covered by carpet which was quite stained and did not look very nice at all. Trays and plates that were left in the hallway were sometimes left there for two days. To the credit of the hotel they did take the feedback seriously, apologized and discounted a few items from the final bill.

Very conveniently located hotel within walking distance of Taj Mahal. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the food, especially the breakfast buffet is really good. Overall we had a very good stay.

Very good location near the Taj Mahal. Very clean and spacy. Great breakfast with the wide varity of dishes. Very helpful staff. We forgot our luggage at the lobby so the employee responsible for the luggage took care of it and didn’t take offered tips. The hotel’s laundry service is the best I’ve ever seen. All stains of wine were gone, colors again were fresh so our clothes looked like new.

Room view was not the one we would expected to get. Alcohol is overpriced and a lot of options are not available.

Old but gold. Comfy mattress and pillows for a good sleep. Dinner and breakfast has many options to choose from.

We had a very nice time in the hotel, the staff was very friendly. We checked in late at night and I forgot my wallet at one of the tables with money and documents. One of the employees called Asim brought me the wallet to the room with everything there. I was very lucky he found it.

Comfortable room and the room service and entire staff I had contact with was exceptional! What was most helpful of all, was the hotel provided a ride to the Agra Airport when I departed. Excellent breakfast, too!

The driver booked via the hotel to drop us off at Delhi airport was impolite and drove in the fog whilst on the phone most of the time. Do not book a driver though the hotel as you pay twice the fee and get the same hit or miss sevice that you get from travelodesk

We liked the location and the staff was great The buffet dinner was ok, a bit crowded. The rooftop restaurant was great. Room was ok but Aircon was very noisy.

The facilities were incredible! We loved the view of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop and the gym was very well equipped. The staff were outstandingly kind and helpful. The room was luxurious and the bed was beyond comfortable, it felt like lying on a cloud. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of quality food. We were also welcomed in the most lovely way with a traditional greeting and welcome drinks and snacks available in the lobby.
