The cost of airport pickup and drop off is high, around Rp 2500, they should give discount or one way complimentary ride.

The hotel is little remote but on the lake, good views. Overall it is a good property, carrying Taj Name and Logo, good room and views.

Everything about the hotel was good.

Right from the moment we reached at the Hotel entry, we were greeted warmly by the security and then during check-in at the reception. The hotel location, hotel staff, the room decor, beds were comfortable, food, and everything until we checked out was all excellent.

EVERYTHING ....simply everything . each and every person starting from the gatemen to the housekeeping and guest relations in the Hotel were very welcoming , very warm and smiling. Members of the staff , Bimla in Machan particularly was so hospitable. Inspite of managing buffets she managed to take care of each individual requests that we made. Chef Mohan Negi and Chef Jeetu went out of their way to give us a peek into a culinary heaven. We kept booking and cancelling cars one particular day due to bad weather and yet the Concierge never ever made us feel bad about that. Every request was attended with utmost care and attention. The stay at the Taj Lakefront , Bhopal made the entire holiday worth it. A special mention of the food ... the food is OUTSTANDING !!!! and that's a very modest compliment . We tried the Machan buffet for all three meals and in every meal the menu was different and the food quality and taste was superlative. When in Taj Lakefront , please try their Mutton dishes ...its a must try thing , no matter what the preparation - Nihari , Rara Gosht or Kosha Mangsho !! Everyone in Machan was more than helpful and suggested different items to try on. We welcomed and loved their suggestions. Taj is known for its hospitality but among them for me Taj Lakefront deserves a special mention. Thank you Taj Lakefront Bhopal for an absolutely spectacular memorable stay

Hotel is located next to lake, beautiful location but little far away from city. Airport pickup or drop off must be made complimentary or at reduced price, Rp.2500 is a bit much.

The wedding and noise at night. Maybe the glass is not noise insulated. It ruined the night sleep

The staff - Rajat, Lakshman, Priya, Aradhana and the doorman Sushil, the reception staff - everyone was sooooo good ! The staff in the all day dining restaurant Machan were excellent, so caring ! Well done Taj. Keep the staff happy and customers will be happy

The mattress was too soft and gave me a backache, but it was more comfortable after they removed the topper.

Excellent location with beautiful lake-facing rooms. The staff went out of their way with personalized service and care.

Food served was a bit repetitive (sometimes). While staying at a hotel, it's not always that a room is shared by a couple or friends or for business. My daughter and I had to stay there and the bathroom should have a lock.
