United Arab EmiratesRooms were very compact. We expected the duplex to have a living area as the reason to book this was for a comfortable stay with family. The rooms in general had no full-length mirror to get ready which is common place for such resorts. Breakfast food can be better tastewise. The coconut chutney had sharp coconut smell.

Loved the property and the hospitality. The property is located away from the hustle and bustle of Shimla. There was uninterrupted mesmerising view of the mountains. The food was great too. Would like to mention names of some of the staff who were very warm and friendly - Rajat, Ritika, Tanisha, Jithin, the restaurant manager (don’t remember the name) and the reception staff too. We definitely plan to make this resort our go to place from Delhi 😊

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Good for a getaway where you don't want to do anything but relax and allow the mountains to heal and rejuvenate you.

United KingdomOur first experience at breakfast was chaotic and overwhelming. We had to wait forty minutes for a table. Fortunately, this experience was not repeated on our next two mornings. The staff were very apologetic for the experience we had received on our first morning.
The staff were very courteous and professional. Neeraj Kumari, in particular, provided excellent service in the restaurant. The hotel's Holi celebrations were very enjoyable and inclusive and took place over two days.
