No person in the reception. Everybody was busy to arrange the Christmas and New year party. The management was not serious regarding the comfortability of the general guest.

The staff who were responsible for room service really helped us quite a lot and tried to resolve all the issues. The food quality was really good.

The staff was not well trained (specially the night shift ones). The staff didn’t quite under anything except the local language. There was a plumbing issue on one of days but the property had no backup.

The location was good and the rooms were comfortable. Although, there were some communication barriers, the staff was really helpful.

We checked out early on a Sunday morning but we were abit too early for the staff so had a bit of delay getting some coffee and an auto. That was only a small inconvenience.

Comfortable room with hot water. Excellent TV channels in English including free Netflix movies. Good restaurant on site.

All the facilities as stated in the booking.com are not available right now. The Resort is in the early stage of construction. They take payment in cash, but reluctant to issue cash receipt voucher/ invoice. I am yet to receive the voucher/invoice.

The Resort situated right on the highway. Location is good. The Resort is spread in vast area with green environment which soothes mind. Rooms are very specious and nice. Bathroom is also good. Cleaning and housekeeping is also good. Staff behaviour was good.

The shuttle from the airport didn't happen.The regular new property hick-ups. No restaurant. No backup generator.

The property is maintained well. Good beds, clean sheets, It's like a resort with no swimming pool. The rooms were super clean. Non smoking rooms. Great bed. Nice toilet. Spacious. The staff were down to earth, ready to serve. The internet was excellent..Not expensive. Feels like the owner is your friend. Safe for families.

The behavior of staffs was good.. Our train was at 5am from Jagdalpur railway station one of the staff helps us to reach there on time in nominal charges.

Actually I missed the inhouse restaurant service

It's a startup facility with every essence of a resort. Plenty of space with beautiful decorated garden, room decorations are brisk, cool and logical. They have not started restaurant service yet which they intend to start very soon. The courtesy and cooperation of manager and staffs is really appreciated. Real value for money.

The behaviour of the manager. We informed him that we will be late. He called us several times and told us to confirm whether we are coming else he will give the room to someone else. There was no electric kettle in the room. Even he asked us to show the payment voucher where as we had shared the screenshot shot of payment long back.

Actually there's no proper breakfast. First they said only tea and coffee is complementary. Once we told them that breakfast was included they told only upma and poha is there.

The property has minimal basic amenities and they agree to everything before one checked in and after that you have to really find them at the reception. They did not provided the breakfast which was included in the reservation. And to my surprise they did not provided the bill for the stay and said that if needed the bill you should have told us before checking in and then refused to provide at the checkout. They aren’t just fooling the consumers but also cheating the govt. by not paying the taxes collected from the guest.

It is an underprepared resort without a proper restaurant. Also, it is not mentioned in the property that only veg food is allowed in the room. The morning complementary breakfast was horrible.
